Worst company to do business with. Never do business with HDFC Life. When it comes to taking your money, they are very prompt and charge you for any delayed Premiums payed. But when it is time to pay the Maturity amount that is due to you, they dont have the same level of urgency.Edited: Sending emails to the Service email provided is useless and I have already tried that.

Horrible customer services.The number in the website doesn’t work at all.They don’t even give a phone number(at least landline number) to contact them for any genuine concerns.There are better Insurance services in mysore who share a contact number with customers for their concerns and are way polite.They expect us to visit their office no matter how far it is from our homes and that too in this pandemic.

I have little hesitation in recommending Mr. Raveesha warmly at the JLB Road, Mysore Office.He was courteous to a fault, highly knowledgeable in resolutions of problem areas regarding my policies and was willing to go the extra distance to help accessing vital information and resolving issues I had.He is an asset.I recommend him warmly.

Service is good we can trust the information reg policies but only one problem is no parking place for our vehicles other wise ok.
