Worst experience ever. Very rude staff and zero co-operation with customers and really bad food. Found hair in the breakfast and AC was not in working condition. When asked the front office manager Keerthi was rude and not fit to be in hospitality industry. Never recommend this property to anyone

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.Most things were as expected from any Regenta by Royal Orchid property.The room, bed and bathroom were clean and well maintained.We liked the fact that the hotel didnt provide drinking water in plastic bottles.They replenished clean filtered drinking water in reusable glass bottles.The breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff were on point with their service.The hotel has plenty of parking space, very well trained and courteous staff while being centrally located in Mysore.Thank you Ms. Bharti for accomodating our requests and for your pleasent service.Everything was pleasent

This hotel is Black spot for hotel industry. Worst experience ever. Here you will have privilege to eat hair along with food. The room is oven. Their AC dont work and on asking to run AC they say that they wont. Arrogant staff.

The hotel is quite nice and feels cozy. The complimentary breakfast was the best part with so many varieties has been served and awesome taste.

Its a terrible experience with them. Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel demanded extra Rs 800 per guest as my booking was only for 2 guests in 2 rooms.Agoda didnt agree for refund as its non refundable against cancellationIm not bothered about the money here. Its the way both the Hotel and Agoda behaved. Had to wait in the hotel lobby for more than an hour talking to Agoda and the hotel agent. Had my aged parents waiting in the car outside the hotel.Surprisingly, the hotel guy couldnt give their own contact number when I wanted to escalate it.Im even more surprised that its managed by Royal Orchid. Hope they take note of it

Very good hotel. Nice and clean rooms. All staff was really polite. Very good hospitality noticed. One star dedicated just because of some humming type noise was heard in the room. As per hotel staff it was chiller machine noise which was disturbing perticularly in the night. Food was good.

If your going with small kids, This is not the hotel, This Hotel manager claims they dont have a microwave in their property, so you need to make food hot for a small kid or baby , This team will not co-operate , In Room dining takes a lot of time to get the food and they have very limited food options, would never recommend nor would never visit this property, Family unhappy is the last rememberance you need in a trip.

Worst service.I never experienced such kind of behaviour ever.Reception manager Keerthi kumar is not suitable for this job.I’m an Auditor from Singapore, planned my stay with this hotel yesterday. I was informed that, Aircon will be at 24 degree as per government COVID measure rules. I agreed & booked 1 suite room & 1 executive room for my guest. Our entire stay was bad because of no Aircon. When we asked about this issues to the reception manager, he reacted in very bad manner. Also he asked us to go out to any other hotel or lodge for Aircon.It was a very bad approach that I ever experienced. I don’t understand why they charged higher amount for non aircon operating rooms. I would like to inform this hotel management.. that, you are having good property in a good location. Then why you failed to render good service to customers like us.Why you failed to hire proper staffs?I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.. one must need self respect & value for the money we spend. This both not provided here.Respect ur guest first., when you travel to our place we don’t behave like this.I thought of staying 7 days, but now I’m checking out in a day.

Very bad service - rotten food staff doesn’t even wear mask here .. - The portion was also less and the food was smelling too - we returned the food that way only. Also the buffet food was also not up to the standards and quality. No safety concerns - staffs doesn’t wear mask.

Nice hotel and gud stay but food is not upto the mark.

The hotel is located at about 20 feet from the street level. Steep ramps from the road to enter or exit the hotels entrance. No steps or lifts (elevators) from the street level. Difficult for senior citizens to get to the entrance. One of the rooms of a suite, where I stayed, did not even have a mirror in the bedroom, no bedside tables, and no telephone in the room. Yes, there is a mirror and a telephone in the bathroom!!! No newspaper in the rooms, will have to request at the front desk to get newspaper. A good spread of breakfast and quite good. Service is good.

1. Location: it is located 2km from Mysore Palace which is the main attraction, and other places like mysore zoo and St pholilomenas Church are in close vicinity. The area is bustling with activity, with lots of food joints around. It is a great location for stay.2. Rooms: We had booked deluxe rooms with twin beds(joined). Rooms were clean and well furnished. They provide complimentary tea/coffee maker in room and 1 litre of complimentary bottled water. The bathroom is equipped with shower and hair dryer. From the 6th floor, we had a nice view of the city.3.Food: We booked through goibibo, and got 20% discount on food and beverages at their restaurant. They do not have a bar and dont serve alcohol. Food is tasty, fresh and very reasonably priced. Best was their breakfast buffet on Sunday which had a huge spread of both veg and non veg items .4. Value for money: It was worth the price we paid for it, .Overall it was a memorable stay in Mysore. Would heartily recommend this hotel. It was situated in a nice area, and the hotel was calm and quiet. We went with our elderly parents who really enjoyed the stay.

Good Stay. Hot water temperature is low even in morning time other than that I feel its a awesome stay. All are supportive even in COVID situation for check in and check out by maintaining proper distance.

No HOT water in bathroom from past 6 months as their main boiler was broke down, So you have to call and get hot water in buckets from outside after waiting for 30 minutes. Even a low budget hotels have heaters in their bathroom but being one of the best ammenities hotel, theycould not fix this issue from past 6 months and cheating customer without informing them in advance. These guys keeping this information secret and tell you only next day morning when you call reception about hot water. Manager was very rude and said they have reduced the price per day just because of this reason!! Also There were blood stains on pillows and towels were not clean. Stay away from this hotel. There are other good hotels nearby which are livelier than this hotel.

Its a very good hotel. Very centrally located in Mysore with most of the attractions nearby. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. They also have a gym for the work out freaks. The breakfast menu is very good and exhaustive with a variety of continental and Indian dishes. Do also try their Dinner buffet where you will find a variety of dishes salads and desserts. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

I stayed from 30 Dec, 19 - 4 Jan, 20 and it deserves 3 stars, I hv deducted 1 star as no pool here & breakfast is always cold here even when electric food warmer ****ons were ON, 1 star for taking my moms white towel considering it as their own in error.I had to follow up wid them 3-4 times for my own towel. While checking out I only had to ask again..receptionist was chnged, had no idea abt my ongoing issue, I asked him to call his manager who came & told me Give us ur address if we find your towel we will courier it to u...I said If I mistakenly break 1 glass will u let me go without charging me atleast double of its worth? He had no answer..I told him to give me money as it was imported & new bath towel. He said he wll give from their stock..I said no will you take glass from me or money? He said he cant pay money. We then agreed to take new towel which had label. He took us to their stock room & gave new towel. All he could do is give us the towel widout frustration, discussion. I swear I will never buy a white towel in future.

Loved the timing flexibility.... Will surely visit here again. The staff are polite and jovial. You can burst into fun conversation with them. The service and food was good. Didnt make use of food colouring. Good buffet. Worth the money i paid.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Dining halls are super, rooms are big, very comfortable for 3 people but can accomodate 4 people too, pricing is also reasonable.Food is good too! You get everything here. This should be a heritage site!

The property is good, reasonable tariff and friendly staff. The location of the property is good and the food quality is satisfactory However, there are no activities for children and no travel help desk. They simply provide the visitor with a mobile number of some tour operator, who has his own ways to tackle the tourist.

Always a pleasant experience at Regenta. Clean, comfortable and neat rooms, well maintained bath and toilets. Decent amenities. The food at the Pinxx restaurant is really sumptuous and they have a really wide spread too !

I stayed in hotel for 2 nights... mentioned that dental kit and slippers will be made available in room but it was not found Secondly they have provided a mini bar in the room and loaded it with soft drinks and chocolate but when you look at the rate it is 3 times higher than market rate and sold above mrp.. when asked for bill of product consumed bill was given tittled mini bar item and not for the product consumed.. on questioning hotel policy is the replyThirdly no food for kid is available at 7 pm they provide food only after 9 pm how is it possible when you have a running restaurantFourthly their parking is always full my driver had to keep the vehicle out of hotel on both daysIt was mentioned at booking that you may avail 2 hours post check outBut i was called 3 times between 11am -12 pm for chek out Be cautious the do housekeeping even if you have a do not disturb sign outside your door

Very good hotel to stay. It was pleasant, the staff was very courteous. Away from the hustle bustle of the city, but still nearer to all the tourist spots. The food was ok, good quality. They offered buffets for breakfast (good if included in stay option or else will cost you dearly) and dinner (pricey).

It’s a good place. We and family had a good stay. Rooms were good and so was the service. Very strategically located. Accessible to most of the tourist locations in 10 min drive. Will recommend.

The suite was good, but only 1 out of 2 TV worked on day 1. Complain had no response. That working TV also stopped next day morning and again complain had no response. The Bathroom Kits were available in only 1 bathroom, other one was empty. The restaurant is good and service is also nice. Couple of dishes on the menu are very good. Breakfast buffet was good.

Not upto 5 star standards. Laid back attitude from the staff. Although booking had mentioned flexible checkout timings, they didnt accommodate our request. Amenities were just average. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Suite room just gives you one additional room with no special facilities. Dont go here with 5 star expectations. There are better 5 star hotels in Mysore.

Charming Hotel with luxurious woodwork, spacious well fitted rooms, good restaurant and helpful staff. Only aspect I might change is the... in your face extra large signs... especially the FIRE instructions on each floor! The bathrooms also are very well fitted, more like a hotel two notches above its Star level.

Definitely not a 3star standard. I booked deluxe room. there was 2 beds joined. I couldnt let my baby sleep in between because these beds will go apart sliding. They said deluxe room is like that and additional charge changing it to single big bed. spending around 4.6k per night not worth. No proper parking!. I am giving 2 rating because of staff at restaurant otherwise it is 1 rating. I dont know how come so much rating for this hotel.

A smart business hotel. We received a Royal Mysore welcome to what later on felt like a budget line Royal Orchid Hotel. Yet, a better/cleaner experience than my previous stays in Mysore. Their hospitality team was attentive, and a delight. Spot on! So kudos to the staff.The dining experience was definitely not up to the mark, which leaves you wondering at times if they are short on ingredients, food, or the Head chef!

One of the best hotels in Mysore. 5 star service from staff. They are always there for help. Best thing is their ability to understand your needs and help. You will feel this mentality from the security to the Hotel GM. Really appreciate it. They have an excellent restaurant. The Breakfast and Dinner was excellent, items being changed daily. Ample parking space and in the city. One thing that was missing is the pool.But their service part makes me give them 5 stars. If you are in Mysore during Desara , you can watch the entire procession from the hotel as it happens through the the road in front of Hotel. Highly recommend place.

Nice 3 star hotel in Mysore. Its themed around natural wood to have a soothing ambiance. The service is also top notch and all amenities from dental shaving kits to shower caps and earbuds also provided. The restaurant offers really nice cuisine but pricey.
