VERY GOOD COMPANY!

Im going to interview in this organization, but so much of salary issue is there, and very difficult to understand different rules.

I would like to share my personal experience with this company. I had got a call from MAGNUS HR CONSULTING that I’ve been shortlisted for this company and I work in Bangalore whereas this company is situated in Mysore and they want to interview me.Even after mentioning the fact that I work in aerospace and not electrical ( specified it in resume as well as in the call) they persuaded me to attend the interviewThis was during the lockdown.There was no transportation available. Somehow managed my own transportation and reached there.After the interview they rejected me on the basis that I had aerospace experience and not electrical (though I had mentioned them many times before leaving for Mysore) and cannot proceed.This was the behavior they showed.Please dont join this company as they are not trustworthy and do not care about anyones time also money.After asking n number of times also the response of the company was unsatisfying.Dont leave your precious job for this one.Rest is left upto you guys. And the consultancy name is MAGNUS HR CONSULTING.
