Hello, had an amazing experience visiting Engineering tools and Equipments. Its a supermarket for any tools you require. The best part is that they cater tools for people with different budgets. I also thank the staffs for patiently guiding me in explaining about each product I wanted and for giving me the best price.

After sell service is no hope. Bought this water pressure around 7 nos during September 2020 one starters is got cut just after one day and 6 months warranty will come. I show them pic and which is got cut they said bring it I gave them. They took almost 3 months today they said part is ready have to pay ₹1450. Didn’t expect this why they don’t cover under warranty? and also if you compare with other tools shop price is higher. Will not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would say 1 stop for all your needs starting from a simple nut or bolt to a heavy machinery. Extremely well organized and the way they have displayed their products is phenomenal. You get a real time experience and demonstration of the tools on how to use them effectively. It is worth mentioning the knowledge and experience the staff and owner has just adds value to your overall experienceThey suggest the right product based on purpose of the equipment. The staff is extremely talented and humble. I would strongly recommend anyone who has need for any tool to visit the store

Please please dont buy any products because they dont give good service and the owner is very harsh and arrogant he doesnt give respect and the machine we bought is duplicate and went to service within 1 day and he will charge huge amount for service and he will not respond for any service .I had took machine worth 85k. He will charge extra for every part so please I suggest beat to find any other shop

Lots of equipment options available. Not just the small store, they do have a bigger complex behind the shop. Evidently visible from the road. Great shop if you are looking for engineering, gardening or even survey equipments.

Shop is like a candy store for kids. You get all kinds of tools. Too crowded in the front store. Better is their store in the back. They need to find a larger place. Cheap items but can get Job done. They should move to different location where there is parking space.Great shop.

So here we are, I went to this shop to purchase something. I saw it and also I needed confirmation from my boss. When I checked that tool I liked it as it was available here. So I called my boss and asked him wether shall I buy or not, he told me to come back bcz we had some important work. When I said this to the person who should me the tool he just said that u dont want y did u come. If the people working here cant understand what we tell then whats the use in approaching?? Not only this, he told that if I wanted a cheaper tool then he would have shown it,then I was shocked!! If they have different grade tools then y not they tell it in first?? And also it was kind of offend on me. I didnt like customer service in here. I also asked him sorry that due to some reasons by boss is calling me so I will come back and get the tool back but he didnt reply and talked to one of his person saying see how people come to shop and purchase nothing.Mna I seriously thought y did I even come there in first place get the tool.I am telling what I felt. Sorry for my words though. Please improve your system. Thank you..

Worst Experience, they are stamping their own MRP (GST Extra), the same item available half of their price in the market.Think twice before going to Engineering Tools And Equipment.

All tool are available here. Quite expensive than other hardware shops, charge extra for card payments and sometimes even for upi.You need to pay additional 18 percent on the MRP to get your bill.

Good place to get all the tools and safety items and the price is almost 1 and half higher than retails price.

Gave blower for repair. They did not tell that there will be a charge for inspection at the time of accepting. Later they called and said item cannot be repaired and charged Rs.200.00. When I asked, they say it is service charge. When I brought the item back home, it was completely broken and petrol was leaking. People are not polite. Looks like monopoly issue.

They charge double ot triple times than the actual rate. For the propreitery items, they do arrange the things from bangalore or nearby resources. Also, they are good source for the companies who only purchase equipment by credit or debit card. Because rest everywhere in the market cash is required. In case of generic items, the same item is available at very low rate as compared to them. Otherwise it is one stop solution to maximum industrial or engineering demands. Almost every person who is in this business, knows them and would refer you to them. So if money is not important , then it is the best option. Otherwise cheaper and better options are also available in the market.

It has everything needed. Id recommend coming to this shop first if you need anything..

You get most of the items though price is high. They dont even make an attempt to check for smaller items if you do not need it in bulk. Interaction with customers is not good. Doesnt care for customers satisfaction.
