Good option in surrounding areas with affordable price for the tests/medical checkups/scans. But giving less rating just cz of the behavior of staff. It used to be very good before (in its beginning days) but off late somewhat getting mediocre feeling.

The ladies in the Reception are always rude and high attitude personality. They behave like that diagnostic center is owned by them. Dont go for any test there they will waits you 5-6 hours sometimes several days even for a simple test. The management itself poor bcz they are recruiting these kind of toxic ladies in reception.

During this pandamic period and expecting 3rd wave, neither the front desk staffs wear mask nor they are advising patients to do so.Even after cautioning them to follow covid norms, they are least bother. I hope concerned health department officials take necessary action.1 star rating is also not worth.

Front desk staff behaviour is not good. They behave as if we need to pay extra for them to speak nicely.Not recommended

Competitive pricing is the only major plus noticeable, good variety of tests are offered, they have decent facility even, but probably they cant afford full time qualified pathological experts, rarely they attend you in time, starting from opening the service at 7am for the day, most of the staff reach late, results are ok as i have enquired and experienced but not consistent with the accuracy, many doctors are in contract with the lab and prescription from those get upto 25% of discount

Very worst service, staffs appointed on lower salary basis I feel as they dont know how to draw the blood 5 places they tried and unable to draw blood...When they could not trace the nerve they started to rotate and failed .....Even none are ready to ask apology when I asked the owner number they gave wrong number and want to fool me ...Written my complaint and dropped in suggestion box and no confidence that they may reply for it ...please avoid to go there

One of dirtiest diagnostics, with rude and irresponsible employees. In-fact it look like she purposeful hurt me when withdrawing the blood for the test because I asked her to soft because my hand hurts due to the drips I had taken earlier. Employees themselves dont wear mask properly. If there was option to give 0 rating I would have. I suggest please avoid going to this place.

Worst lab not even bother to give proper information about Dr timings .....they give the time ad will not be tre fr that time ad they ask us to come by other time....not even 1 Star. Would lik to give

Was referred for a pelvis scan. Though I had inquired about the timing and reached as advised by them, I was made to wait for more than an hour before the person responsible for the scan finally arrived. Not even an apology for keeping customers (patients) waiting.... A few like me were on empty stomachs.This is not acceptable, especially when we are paying for it. I hope the authorities responsible will take note of it.

Staff and doctors are not aware being waited patient long time , they not maintain time, very poor service and lazy too.Worst administration and staff including well educated doctors also.Unhappy please dont visit this at any time.

The staff drawing blood themselves work with their shoes / slippers on and seldom care to implement leaving footware outside on others.They turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to this aspectdespite pointing out, pleading, escalating to the Manager and even after raising voice to impress upon them.Avoid visits to this place

Staffs are not very friendly... Infact they made us wait for longer than the actual time... Anyone can come and bribe them to enter first, unfortunately we were not aware of that fact... Though the doctor is good, thats the only relief.

Irresponsive staffs.

They would want to perfom manual testing which understandably takes more time than the automated. But are yet to be professional in handling customers, keeping up the time of report delivery, going online.It still appears ancient.

Highly insensitive indiciple staff.. no senior staff to monitor.. they use ecg room as lunch room. .. no value for moneybpaid

Doctors are too lazyIn emergency case the doctors wont available and the lab technicians also wont take risk and lab technicians wont call doctors is if v force them they cal but doctors wont come☹☹

Waiting time is more irrespective of the testing to be done.

Staff are very insensitive towards patients. No proper arrangements for patients.

Went for x-ray they do not have proper stool to stand to take x-rays, it is very difficult for aged people
