Pimples and acne have been my big problem for a long time. I didnt have acne as a teen but as I stepped into my 20s, I ended up getting cystic acne. I tried every trick in the book including drinking more water, changing my pillow covers every 2 days, avoiding sweets and dairy, etc, but nothing worked.
