Think before taking loan from themThis company doesnt have an organised way of operations because even though my loan was re-paid completely and intimated the person about the same and asked for the NOC they didnt issued and also they have represented my cheque into the bank when my complete emi was paid and they were responsible for the cheque bounceLater they want just me to pay the late payment fine and the bounce chargesBut what about my CIBIL score and the reputationIt will directly reflect on my account .Im really fed-up with the service

Very pathetic staff, went to clear the mobile loan. But the staff says the person who collects the money and closes the loan is out somewhere and asked to come back next day, even the response is very ignorant and without interest.Go for Samsung finance or Bajaj finserv guys. TVS service staff is very pathetic.

Not there for customer service, watchman itself acts like an officer, they keep busy in their phones and respond to you without any intrest, but work is done without any intrest, so its a 3 star
