Please invest on Tapovan project only if you have excess fund at your disposal. As you never get a penny back on your investment. If you have lot of patience, time, and you are lucky, you might get your property registered. You will definitely have to be flexible/open minded about the dynamic plan by the builder to suite his need/convenience. At the completion of the project (with lot of effort by the builder and with great difficulty), project will definitely not meet the original proposed plan made at the time of booking. Beware of this fraudsters. Look at the reviews of Tapovan County. They are cheating all the customers by selling the same villa to 2 people. Most of the senior care living projects are fake. Beware of their marketing head Mr.Rajiv who has a nack of selling a comb to bald person.
