One of the worst builders in mysore, they are cheated previously with flats now they changed with job seekers. One of my friend cheated recently. While he joined, they told that company having funds. 3 months he wasted with these builders, still not given the pending salaries. And they are trying for new recruiting, shame on you. How you can simply cheat some one like these. If you dont have money kindly not to take anyone. Guys those who are planning to join dnt get fooled by these people. First you give the salaries of employees those who resigned from there.

Company is not good, as they are not providing on time. Seen the company from outside, nearby shop owners told they are escaped with money. If anyone try to approach them, check nearby station or local people. Please dont deal with these people

Well known builders of mysore. They have mixed responce from the buyers. Some of their projects earned good name but some others suffered. Over all good builders with huge experience in the feild.

Dont ever book apartment in Pathak Group. Pathak is unprofessional in Apartments. We have booked apartment and paid amount of 60lakh in 2013 and apartment is still construction stage and stopped construction work in 2014. You will be paying interest for loan. Pathak neither refund your money or give alternative apartment of his other project across Mysore. You have to fight in court for money. Its waste of your money and precious Peace of time. The apartment which I booked with Pathak has all sort of legal problems. They have encroached neighbours compound wall due to which neighbour has put stay on whole building. Pathak say that they have won the legal case but whenever I visit the apartment, the neighbour comes and start shouting at us to go away. This has been going on for 1.5 years. If Pathaks claims are true that they have won the case, then how come the neighbour has audacity to come to their building and shoo away people who have purchased apartment with their hard earned money. Also if the court case is won, why are they not completing the apartment for last 1.5 years. The building is rotting like anything and no care is being taken of it. Whenever you try to contact Pathak, they will make stories and will delay the process.Avoid this builder at all cost. Never buy his apartments.

I have booked a house from Pratham Glory and my experience with them is really good and is up to my expectations. Since the time I have booked the house they do give you an update until the project comes to an end especially when it comes to the approval status and in completion of the project.

Never deal with this company or the people running it!! Your payment will never be made..Every time payment is requested, dates are given like in a court room!!

My son booked house in 2011. Till date house has not been handed over nor money is returned. Fighting a case for last 2 years.

All the cases against the builder can be seen on consumer complaint website?........Beware of this fraud....I am struggling get my money even after nearly 8 years
