We got our house constructed about 10 years back from MMG. Till date they have been very loyal in there service. Any issue with the house still they come to take care of the same(Of course there will be service charge) but we are getting the best service even after sales from them.

Even after 4years of completion of house, As they promised at the time of recieving Advance 6laks, There is no permanent water supply,we did ourselves CR, our money not refund ed.Not attending roof leakage

Construction quality is Ok. But these are the people without any professionalize. Resident of MMG Asset Habitat Layout. It would have been nicer, if we had provided with least basic facilities like Road, Permanent Electric Connection, Park, Water Supply. During Rainy season there are leakages and these people are taking it for granted and nothing done even with Multiple requests. I personally feel it would be better you dont go with their words and get fooled.

Good construction company so far in Mysore. New technology they are using for house interior and very advanced app shows our property details day by day. This thing made me to write this review. I think this company is the fastest growing construction company in the Mysore for affordable price.

Excellent constructions so far in mysore. Very genuine service and good layouts. i visited around 6 to 7 layouts in all around mysore it was so good for offering price. I would like to tell about MMG CONSTRUCTIONS is Best & listed of top 1 construction company in mysore, also very good quality with affordable price.

Its every persons dream to buy a house and this purpose we do lots of research/analysis in finding the land and construction company. With all findings, I thought of going with MMG as a trusted company. But it’s the other way around and MMG has completely broken its promise and its no more a reputed trusted company.Reason :1. No layout development work : Its been close to 4 years after blocking my deal with MMG for site registration cum construction. MMG worked out with Asset Habitat on some tie up to buy some sites etc. But till now permanent Electricity connection and road development work has not happened. MMG and Nagaraj Shetty(Asset Habitat) both are trying to put on one another & trying to escape.2. Double Registrations : There has been double registration on 14 sites provided from MMG, on top of it MMG facilitated house loans from IDBI. And now, once MMG found this issue & after finding out that they are clear on legal papers, they are not reachable to anyone. Its been more than 7 months now, we came to know on double registration & no one is acting on it. I am really frustrated with the way they are dealing with.Can someone update us on whats going with the cancellation deed of the 14 double registered sites provided to MMG for construction ? I think you guys have already taken hell lot of time to resolve the issue. I want an update and resolve this immediately, if we are silent it doesnt mean that we are not capable of fighting, it means we are just giving you enough time to solve the issue amicably. Time has certain limits and you guys have already crossed it. We are not dummy shepherds who just hear your untrustworthy words. I am ready to reach any level and fight for the justice. Take this as a warning rather than request and close all issues regarding the layout as early as possible or else you guys will face the consequences. It is better to solve the issues and retain your good name before we expose it to public and the harassment which we face.

I am extremely happy to purchase an apartment from mmg constructions . It is really great pride for me to find a peaceful home in vb city near infosys. The planning and provision of services is quite impressive. I wish all the best for the upcoming ventures of mmg constructions.

Please stay away from one marketing person by name Gururaj he without consulting me after given advance check of rs ten lacks and promised me of site cum construction package it was sold to someone without my knowledge we felt very bad after taking back the cheque they only after money sorry to say this we were for loan from corporation bank since I am staff. I am giving feedback only because Gururaj is not answering our calls
