I had an amazing experience of buying an apartment with Manasa Developers. All of the directors specially Reddy sir, Chinnaswamy sir & Srinivasamurthy sir all are so friendly and very helpful in guiding with all of the loan process and providing with all of the project and apartment related legal clarifications. From day we booked apartment, till the time of registration it was very nice feeling including intrractions with their office people who are so friendly and helpful. The pricing was too good. They honoured their commitments on time with rwspect to registration. I strongly recommend Manasa Developers for any of their projects in mysore. Special mention of Pushparaj as well who is their marketing manager.

They are developers. Few layouts and apartments. They are OK with business. Prices are at higher end. Negotiate the prices after surveying nearby areas.

My father was planning to buy an apartment in this complex but I asked him not to. I would not recommend anyone to either invest or rent an apartment here. The maintenance and safety are absolutely zero. In spite of repeated complaints, no action has been taken. We had a cartoon box full of household items stolen from right outside our flat in just a couple of hours. In spite of having a clear CCTV video evidence showing the security guard and the cleaner lady stealing away the carton from the back gate of the complex, the builders do no want to take any action against them. Moreover, there is no proper association here that can address any problems here. There is garbage dump around the complex and nothing is being done to clear it.
