Honestly, DO NOT ask this company to do anything for you, they scammed us! We had a rotten roof so we called Diamond construction services and they sent two men over, first the price was £600 then £1,500 then £3,000 and the last price was £4,500. They said that they couldn’t start construction until we paid so we gave them £4,500. They set up the scaffolding then said they will come the next day and start working. It’s been ONE week and they have not even come yet. They took the money and left the scaffolding in our garden! We called the company and informed them and they said that there is nothing they can do!!! Absolute lies!

I contacted Diamond Construction and Charlie wrote to ask me when would be appropriate for him to visit my property. We agreed, in writing, to an appointment about a week in advance. The day arrived. We leave a pile of work at the office and rush home early to meet Charlie, the owner of Diamond Construction. The time came, and... nothing. No communication, not even an attempt at communicating. After 20 minutes past the agreed time, I rang Charlie. He told me that he had had an accident and was apparently at the hospital. He was supposedly sending me a message to let me know about the situation. I have not seen that message materialise, to this day.In good faith, I wished him a speedy recovery and wrote to rearrange a consultation at my property, a week from then. Charlie confirmed the appointment verbally and in writing. To make certain of this appointment, I even sent Charlie a text message on the day, with my address and number (details which had been, by this stage, sent 3 times). Once again, we rushed home from work. Charlie never made an appearance. He never even deigned to call me.I will now be looking for professional contractors to do the work on my property. People who respect my time and are considerate enough to let me know, if they are unable to carry out the job or make an appointment. My advice: Your time and money will be better spent elsewhere.NB. I would give no stars if I could but Google requires that at least one star be given, for the review to be registered.

They can build almost anything. If they built it you will have to come.
