They’re professional, friendly, and prices are very reasonable as compared to online prices.. the advantage of buying it in store has its own advantages as compared to buying it online! They are not the cheapest and they did a bad job with my guitar!I wanted new Nylon strings, and he cut the strings too short , and now, when i try to tune them , they snap out of the guitar. I told them the same, they said Yea! It happens sometimes, that is why I dont suggest Nylon strings, and you cant buy individual strings either !
