This wis the worst store in world. I asked for panel change, but they burned. So I asked for re change. They changed but now internal battery is not there. Since wfh started I full used cable. I asked my brother to remove. On that time I found battery was not there

The worst service ever. I purchased Asus laptop worth 55k from there. There is too much problem with that product and he shows no interest in the customers problem. Its a good center only till we purchase there. Later after customer purchase goods they wont bother about any problems with those gadgets. The worst response to me as their customer.We have better centers than SV INFOWAYS in and around Mysore.I will never recommend this center to anyone. Dont buy anything from here.

I had been here multiple times when my friend had some problems with his Asus laptop. He suggested really nice things and he is honest in his recommendations. People here do not know anything about technology. All they know about is scamming people. I gave my laptop for servicing a few days back and they returned it after 10 days saying they do not know what is wrong with it. After getting a second opinion from another repairer, I got to know that they stole a few ICs from the Motherboard while returning. Now that IC is not available anywhere and hence my laptop became a dummy piece. Be careful about this Store.

Service is ok, but always they are thinking for more profit from customer, they are providing refurbished spare parts with high price with that price you can get new spare parts, i have experienced with us. If you have good knowledge in computers and technology then only you should choose this shop.
