Had bought a headphone on 29th November 2020 and did not use it as it was a Sunday and we went out. When I tried using it on Monday the mic was feeble, hearing was good but I could not speak into the mic.Called shopkeeper about the issue. He was adamant and insisted that the product was good and worked fine. Asked us to meethim after 12 and after much irritation and pestering agreed to exchange. Bad experience. Arrogant service.Even while buying they were rude and inspite of we speaking nicely they had a kind of air about the way they spoke. Never will I recommend this shop to anyone.
