Had terrible experience with gtech solutions. Due to short of time I couldnt give dell laptop to the authorised service centre in mysore. I just wanted my laptop to be formatted due to slow performance. So contact gtech solutions, the executive came and collected the laptop and started saying hard drive issues. HeHHe was stressing out too much that there might be hard drive issues. However I asked him to do only formatting.Next day he delivered the laptop and mentioned to me hard drive RPS is reduced, only 30% is working now, anytime it might get crashed. He mentioned he had formatted the laptop, however I had my own doubts after looking into the laptop since im techie too. He just did windows update and gave the laptop.The worst part was my touch screen got damaged with bubbles everywhere. When I asked he started becoming panic started arguing he didnt do anything.I gave the laptop to dell service centre again in Bangalore they very clearly mentioned the formatting is not done at all and they did mention water went inside so the panel needs to be changed. They did mention that hard drive is working fine. No need to get replaced.Very unprofessional conduct by the service person.Pathetic Service, Not Reliable. I would not recommend anyone since I had very bad experience.If your carrying expensive laptop kindly do not give to gtech solutions.
