It is very good to start for Freshers but it is very difficult for experience employee to survive in ArisGlobal because based on pay-scale they will do terminate anytime from organization. For freshers, there is no double thinking on joining here because there is lots of opportunities to learn core of the products and development as well. Management and top leaders are not good because they wont think about sustaining the skilled or talented people in organization but they will think about saving the cost in terms of replacing the talented employee with less salaried people. Also, please cross check with people who are working already. They are changing the HR policy every day to make complex for employees in the organization. Simple terms there is no security for experienced.

Big eco campus having lots of greenary. Cycles are available in the parking lot. Canteen and food court available for lunch and dinner. However food quality is on the down side.

No proper response from HR person. I gave interview n they have no courtesy to inform either candidate is selected or not.Made repeated follow up over call and emails, all efforts were invain. They have good business but dont prefer to give jobs for local talent. Ready to invest on ppl from outside but nothing on local talent.

When I came here from Bangalore I couldnt believe that I will be working in the environment sorrounded by trees and greenery..My first experience was owesome...I loved this place and work location...here people also are so sweet to you...in short I love working here..I enjoy my job...:)

I went for interview. I have given my 2 rounds of technical interview in same day. Next day hr called me and said that I have been selected for next round so they called me again in person interview with senior person.I took leave and given 3rd round of interview.Again hr called me and said that I have cleared the 3rd round and I will be having 4th round manager interview in another 2days . 4th round is telephonic.I received call from manager I have given my interview.After 4days hr called me and said that I have been selected and he discussed about package. Finally hr (Raghavendra k) told I will be receiving offer in 3days.One week over I did not receive offer. I called him and mailed also. Whenever I call he says I will be receiving offer in 3days.Dont go for Aris global interview. Its waste of time.

Company infrastructure /campus is nice... But inside here the working is like hell u will definitely loose ur all expirence and knowledge... Its like all communalism here....The people like JAVED AHMED BAIG will make this... And the hell.... The CEO And bullshitt COO dosent know anything whats going on inside the company... COO bullshitt Ashok katti he dont know anything simply firing... And the CEO SANKESH ABHI who thinks that he is great business man but actually he dont know at all whats really going on inside company and he dont even know that the people like javed and ashok katti are destroying the empire built by his father DEEPAK ABHI...Really foolish guy😀

Company having good products, but no proper vision to improve them, I personally rating it below single star.

I ve heard its a good company to work. Went to the Jadoli campus quite a few times to enquire about job. But the security didnt allow to call to the HR department despite of multiple requests. They didnt even provide the email id so that I could contact the HR. Arrogant security guards...!!!

They only give preference to reference candidate only .Thats very bad because many talented students loss opportunity due to this in recently organised off campus drive by them . Infact this is loss for their company too .They have to maintain some strict guidelines for their recruitment process else no one will showing interest to join this company.
