Staff was very co operative .Mr Jwala Prasad was obliging.Mr Murali was enthusiastic ,dedicated and helped me finish my work within minutes.

Its better to have bank account in private banks. We dont have to deal with sbi staff or the bank. Nothing is flexible.

I visited this branch for car loan purpose , branch manager Mr Abhinav helped me a lot and he is so humble. The whole process and procedure was completed in 3 days .There was no delay in anything. I visited bank for only one day and rest was all done through email and whats app. Am very thankful to Mr Abhinav and branch staff. I recommend this branch of SBI for all kind of loans. Thanks

The staffs are arogant and dont even talk properly, first they need to learn how to talk with the people and then they should do their work if they know how to do it .They think they are bank employee so they can do and talk anything, after preparing for 5-6 years anyone can become bank employee, so they should stop being rude and learn how to work and be humble.

None of them are obliging other than the manager in this branch. that assistant manager or somewhat that lady who sits exactly before the entrance acts as if im asking to do my personal work ,whenever i go to her with some issues,she gets irritated if we ask her with some help or the work that she only has to do. I feel vry sad to post this comment but its the fact going onn.

One of the worst National banks in india ,this reward is not actually for the bank but for the employees working there. They act like animals and they are extremely irresponsible . Instead of talking to client s they speak in mobiles for hours with people standing in front of them in ques. The employees have one of the worst basic communication skills i have ever seen compared to employees in other nationalised banks. They are completely disgusting.

Documents submitted on 19th of March 2018 , every alternate day Continuously visiting to the branch still account is not opened and not even ready to take initial amount for account opening Before 4.30 . there is big board it says working hour 10.30 AM to 4.30 pm.Is this is the way for treating the account opening clients . very bad experience .

Worst experience. They themselves dont know basic information n keep the customers confused and roaming...my request for internet banking and ATM catc request is not done from last one year saying various reasons for delay..

They are not at all responding properly with the customers..... they Dnt know how to intract with the customers.... especially ladies staff......overall bad experience for us...
