*Zero Star* Since I cant give it.Worst internet service provider.My customer ID is 802. Im having horrible experience with this company. No customer support, no one will resolve the issue when internet is down. Customer care number both mobile and landline will not be attended when called, they are least bothered about customers. Im having internet issues since 2 days, Ive called them like thousand times and still not picked a single call of mine. Customer care team will not register complaints and the Manager will not follow up with the issues and resolve them. Planning to switch to other networks. My Frank advice is dont go for this company choose other which are better than this.

Worst internet do not buy it, not worth money. scamgetting 50mbps in this connection is a dream come true, 3 calls are needed to get a guy to come and fix it, the most the guy will do is change a wire. worthless, scam internet. If you call them at this time, they are too lazy and give covid as reason to not come, worthless

Giving it one star, but consider it as no stars. 2018 i had taken 5 Mbps connection, whereas i was getting speed only in KBs. 20 days out of a month it will not work. Then i asked them to discontinue as i was shifting my house then in 2019, they have taken all their euipments back but did not refund my security deposite saying they will reconnect in my new home without any installation charges. In my new home, i dont wish to continue with Metronet again. but they are not refunding my security deposit. I have mailed them many times but no response. Be cautious Guys, Dont fall in trap of this fraud and cheater ISP.

Go for JIO Fiber , Airtel xtream , Bsnl then consider Metronet as your last option because the plan to money ratio is not at all good ( 1000 rupees for 10mbps) whereas jio and airtel give 150mbps for 1000 rupees unlimited.

Very bad connection in Mysore. 8 Mbps connection they offered but the speed was less than 2 mbps. Very worst experience with Metronet. I prefer not to choose this ISP.

The most pathetic connection in Mysore. The 10 Mbps connection they offer in my area is actually 1 Mbps or lesser even. Theyll blame your hardware for this low speed instead of fixing or accepting their fault. Please dont ever take this connection.

They were good a couple years back, but as time progressed their network and service has got worse. Their ground team and technicians are amazing and helpful, thats the only good aspect. Expect speed issues often, disconnects at least twice a week. Promised speeds are never maintained. Dont opt for their wireless service. Go for wired fiber services from other providers. Would not recommend Metronet to anyone.

They are not good at all. They dont follow up with complaints. I wasnt able to attend my Skype interview due to their poor connection. And they dont even pick up their phone when we call to complain.

Wrost Internet service Provider. Their phone number always busy and no one pickup. I am facing lot of issues in my work because of the bad connection.

It is one of the worst net providers in Mysore, staff Is not at all good, there is a manager in merriment by name Deepak he most of the time lies that chescom power cut from 9 to 6, though there is mistake from their end, u can imagine if the manager is like that how is the net services, they have frequent dc, they are bunch of cheaters hope we had capabilities of shutting them

Worst customer care. You need to call over and over to get your issue fixed and the wifi goes off like once in a week and they say they are working on it! The tariffs are too high compared to other known ISPs, you need to pay around ₹850 for just 5mbps!

I would Never Give 1 star but it wont let me post.. Ive been using metro from past 3 years (10mpbs plan, 1061rs/month). everytime youll get RTOs, ping Spikes, you have to wait a minute for the site to open, you get 3mbps download speed even if its 10mbps. I got so frustrated today that i was not able to work. i registered a complaint 3 days back, no response from them. i even spoke with them in support chat they just closed the chat. what do you guys expect ? I would never recommend this internet to anyone...

Hands down most reliable and trustworthy internet service providers in Mysore.Coming from the US, I needed a fast internet connection that would enable me to work from home. That would not have been possible without the MetroNet team!Right from Sales, to cabling, to installation - everything was done professionally and sincerely. Worst Internet service provider in Mysore , they cheat customers by saying the moderm is not working , intentionally they disconnect the service from their end and when we call them for issue , they say that service is charged . this is how they cheat the customers , so please be aware of the service .@Metronet : Take your stupid connection from my building and i will be putting a notice on the notice board regarding your connection .

Metro Net Mysore has a very poor service. If the call is made to complain or the call is invalid, it is only a patched job. Complain that the internet system is not okay but it has not been repaired for 6 days. The Internet is frequently disconnected. Spheed is also low. I would not recommend this Metro Net Internet to others. I am removing this internet. My homage to your irresponsibility ..
