Worst one... They took for alteration, and its worst ever... one sleeve is long and one is short.., even the stitching is not good, body measurement is not fit .. I dont know what alteration they did,a expensive too.. I mean looks of the dress doesnt worth that costIll never ever visit again.

Always purachsing my clothes here, price of the dresses are expensive, but the quality is good, and the alteration of the dresses are next level.

Great place to do shopping for the bride related clothes. Good collection. Its just that sales executives are not good enough to show anything. They lool little lazy to show the patterns. Or else its good to go for wedding shopping.

Had very bad experience. No value for customer choice. Money is more valuable than satisfying the customer with genuine product.

The recent designs have been pretty mediocre tbh. If youre trying to get something for under 10k most of the clothes are mostly unattractive. Only a handful of them were sort of okay, but they are overly expensive for something that was so plain looking. No one wants a plain looking outfit for a wedding. They need to get better designers, in my opinion. And sizes too. My sister is an XXL and she hardly had anything for her size. +they ask you to try on a lot of things which is can get kind of uncomfy at times.

I had a bad experience with them . They are always in a hurry to make us buy. Customer satisfaction is nothing to them . Money is all they care . Bad servicing . Never ever going there.

Overpriced, not great quality. The shop keepers are liars. On one hand, when we go, they say we will give you nice discounts. And once we have finalized our choice, they say Madam, if you want, you buy, else you can go somewhere else and buy. we dont give any discounts. They themselves are unsure about the price of the lehenga. Not visiting again

Staffs are least interested. They asked us to go to 1st floor and then back to ground floor. None of them seemed interested (including the owner). Never visiting this place.

Collections were really good. One could easily select from them quickly. And sales persons are cooperative and well acquainted to the styles of dresses available.

Worst customer service experience provided by the staff. They have very poor collection and everything is overpriced. I was once a loyal customer of dazzles and would purchase all my dresses from there. But over the years dazzles has lost its charm. I hate the fact that their staff force you to try on every dress they display irrespective of the fact whether I like it or not. Neither I would visit dazzles again nor I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Worst customer service. The people there only care for the customers until we buy some dresses. After paying the bill and if any alterations required they will not give us the dress on time. If they give us the dress on time then they wouldnt have made any alternations. Ive given my dress for alternations for more than two times. This is my personal experience. Hopeless customer service.. Overall worst experience in this shop. Never going there again..

Worst place to shop and also the pathetic customer service they provide, worst is the least I can say, starting from the owner to the staff are useless, don’t know how to handle customer. It’s just a hype of name otherwise it’s equal to a local non branded street shop. They have old stock, damaged piece, no designers and their courier service is more downtrodden they miss place the items and send damage piece. I would never ever suggest anyone to go ahead with this shop.

Cockroach infested dirty place. Horrible customer service. They will show 2-3 old dresses to clear stock and when you dont show interest they make faces like school kids and ignore you. Very very rude staff behaviour. All dresses have jacked up prices with almost 70% margin. They reduce by 1000rs when you dont show interest. Very unprofessional business. Never ever visit this dirty smelly place ever again. Clothes are never washed and stink with all the sweat by dirty people have tried them before. Best shop in mysore

The shop has good collection but the service part needs improvement. The tailors employed by the shop are good but they dont know how to deal with customers. They told me to pick my dress at 1200h on next day but when I went around 1800h, the dress was not even attended to.

Extremely pathetic customer service. First time we bought dresses which was good and service was prompt later we went back to buy a few more and it’s been 3.5 weeks and we have not received the altered dresses yet. Once we received without any alteration inspite and getting them to write down the alterations requested.Phone follow ups does not yield any results and following up from bangalore is a real pain.

Now this is the better dazzles i was talking about in my review of dazzles in general....the shop has a better ambience , better display , better seating arrangement and better staff . the staff were very cooperative, they quickly understood exactly what kind of clothes we were asking for.....the changing rooms were well lit , alteration services were prompt and good..and the prices were quite ok ....i got a good buy and am quite satisfied with it...

Extremely unsatisfactory! Have been here to buy a gown. Was happy with the collection but the stones were falling of the dupatta. First time I just blindly trusted them, I dint open the dupatta at the store. When I opened it after reaching home I realized that stones were falling off. I still believed that they would correct it for me so I gave them to stick stones back in places where they fell. I was so stupid that again I dint check it at store. When I reached home I found they havent done anything on it. Last time, I gave it again to stick. This time I made sure to check it. But still the stones were falling off and the sales person was trying to convince me that the stones would fall and they can do nothing about it and showed me few other gowns with the same issue. They said its the beauty of handmade work.Burnt 4K here!Spent 1k in going and coming back (I would have as well bought a new dupatta).

The salespersons and the owners here have an aggressive way of selling. They literally force the customers to buy and if we refuse to buy they become rude. These people literally need to learn how to treat customers. Never going back there.

Very Poor Customer Service!I had got a Anarkali Suit 1.5-2 years back and the guys + owner of the shop told me that I can get it altered to a Skirt and a top whenever I want to .He had not mentioned the clear timeline. So, today when I went to the shop to ask the same , the owner , staff denied it by saying that they wont tell any customer like this !Totally unbearable ! You guys charge 2 times the actuals and are hopeless with the service !
