Cute and comfy room with a big shower and great bed and mattress. The staff is super friendly and helpful giving us survival tips, good recommendations and accommodating our request to leave baggage overnight. We enjoyed the big and tasty breakfast with an amazing Vietnamese coffee. The hotel is in close proximity to the fun and lively hustle and bustle of the old Town.Overall great experience and value for money - we definitely would come back!

Location is terrific, rooms are clean and tidy, but most of all the Staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Special mention to Fiona and Sarah! Thank you so much for being so welcoming and for all the tips to explore and eat! We cant wait to come back!

Excellent service and comfortable stayUnfortunately we were here only for about 11 hours, but we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but had everything you need and is very tidy and clean. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. Special shout out to manager Fiona, who organised our pickup from the airport and onward journey/transfer to Cat Ba. Thank you again! Everything was perfect! Breakfast is made to your order and very delicious. You can pick eggs and toast, but a hamburger is also possible! If I ever return to Hanoi (for some more time) I will definitely return to this really classy hotel!

We had a wonderful time at the Classy Boutique Hotel. The staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful with every request you have. They even run every time to open the front door for you. Thank you very much for everything! We never had such a great staff in another hotel ever before. The rooms are good equipped and very nice. And the breakfast is very good! You order by menu, they got a lot of choices and you can eat as much as you want. We will definitely come back when were in Hanoi again!

Im not pleased for how much money we paid for such a poorly maintained hotel. Weve been traveling Asia for several months so our standards are pretty low, I still feel like a review is necessary for this place based on all the problems and how much we paid to stay here. This is supposed to be a hotel that claims to be a mid-range/classy establishment - but the quality is not there and they charge far too much for what you get. Based on all the positive reviews, we were looking forward to staying here. I cant understand why this hotel is reviewed so highly - there must be nice rooms somewhere in this hotel but ours was not one of them. As a footnote to all this, the staff are wonderful, helpful and very nice. They did offer to put us on a higher floor for the second night which I assume has nicer facilities, we werent able to pack up and switch floors on the second day based on our schedule.The hotel has some design issues:The hot water lasts about 4 minutes when you had a shower (no matter what time of day).The wallpaper in the room was badly ripped in multiple spots and just taped back on with clear tape...in multiple locations. Again, for a budget hotel this would be expected, not a hotel trying to appeal to the upper mid-range market in Hanoi.The room had no windows but instead there was some weird light well in the room opening onto an outdoor space that had one other room connected to it. So all night we just saw flashes of light come into our room because the room next to us turned their lights on periodically. There is a sheer curtain on this window which meant that we couldnt shut the light out from the other room because the curtain is partially transparent.The walls are paper thin, we could hear someone watching the news in the next room and heard every word.The bathroom has a glass door that has frosting on it which isnt enough privacy so they have added a sheer curtain in front of it... Which is also not enough privacy. You can definitely still see someone using the toilet from the bed.Try to pay online of you stay here. They tack a 3% sir charge on the room if you pay with credit card. Again, for a classy establishment this is not acceptable. Work that service charge into your room rate.I hate to pick this place apart but again, the value for money isnt there. Cold coffee at breakfast, the bathroom on the main level is very dirty with cleaning supplies in it, the housekeeping cart was stored in the hallway on the second floor the whole time we stayed there.Just overall, not good.

This hotel is a good option for those looking to stay close to the historical center of Hanoi. Although being a relatively small place, this hotel has the basics any one would need. The stay is very friendly and nice. Also you can get tour packages right there at the hotel. Breakfast is included and fresh made. You can select from a varied list of options that include traditional vietnamese breakfast, as well as western. The rooms are small but enough, although they could be a little noisy due to thin walls. Overall this is a good option to stay!

Nice Boutique Hotel in the old section of the city. Perfect place to explore the city. Hotel is clean, and well maintained. Staff is very friendly, and always has a smile.I enjoyed my short stay here, and if I find myself back in Hanoi, for sure I will stay here again.

I don’t write reviews often but this place really deserves it! The staff were so welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They really pay attention to the little details to make each individual guest feel special. We came here on my birthday (which we did not inform them about) and they still went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel itself was also the nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip, especially for the price.

The hotel is in an amazing location close to everything with great food right around the hotel. The night market is close by as well as a lot of attractions. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast service is great with a lot of options. I was waiting on a tour and didn’t have time to sit and eat breakfast and the staff packed a breakfast for me! What is really the best about this hotel is the stellar staff. They were always so welcoming and helpful in every way possible. They helped me book any activities I wanted to do, arranged taxis for me, great with any recommendations I needed for places to eat, drink or anything I could have needed. If there were any problems I had they were very quick to respond and make sure I stayed happy. I have never seen a more enthusiastic hotel staff. The value is great and worth every penny. If I come back to Hanoi I hope they are available!

Very nice small hotel close to everything. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast is superb and made to order. Only downside is the bathroom is a bit small and rooms in the lower levels can be a bit dark but this was not an issue for us.

It just looked awesome and we needed place to stay. The Staff are really friendly and interacts with the guests. The Rooms are clean and you got everything u need except for a Razor. All in all its the perfect place to stay in Hanoi

Convenient location short walk to the Lake area and centre of city. Hotel was clean and tidy. Fair price for clean and automated rooms. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Excellent service from excellent staff. Will definitely stay here if we come to Hanoi for holiday again next time.

What a Wonderful Surprise…… What a Wonderful Surprise to get this quality of a hotel on a tour package. The room needs a deep clean because of dust i had noticed almost in all corners. The security guard cum valet always quick to assist us in hailing taxis and fruit vendors.

Staff is very accommodating The hotel serves a hearty mini-breakfast buffet with a mix of western and local cuisine. The ***ager Tina Bui is especially worthy of mention. Room was surprisingly well-furnished and appointed as if someone cared. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for a quality hotel in Hanoi and I wouldnt hesitate to come back and stay again next time.

We are pleased to share our experience when we stayed at Church Boutique Hotel at 21 Hang Ca Street from 6th to 14th March. I usually pay attention to the place where I was in the hotel, and the hotel I felt it is very easy to go to the prominent tourist attractions in Hanoi. We would recommend this hotel highly to all visitors, but certainly fellow Australians.

There is honestly nothing that I can fault about this place. Lee and Duc were so so friendly and attentive, they really made it seem like nothing at all was too difficult for us. We were pleased to return to this hotel after being referred here last year. The in room service and food ordered were very tasty and reasonable in price. Being situated in the old quarters, its proximity to the night market and street side eateries make it convenient to the ones who sleep late.

As said above this is generally a good hotel. What was most worthwhile to remember is the attentiveness of the chamber-maids who make a check on the room regularly. I had all what I need such as the modern facilities with a high standard, the employees there served me like a king.

Highly Recommended Price of accommodation is competitive. Stay here I was here on a business trip. The hotel held our luggage for several days while we we in Sapa and were welcomed back at a very early hour in the morning with firm greetings and friendly smile. There is a glass door and curtain and you can see outline of person using the toilet.

Breakfast which was included in the price is excellent and has a good spread of local and western. Room 801 at roof top is super if you want to have a fantastic feel of Old Quarter. Staff did their best to be helpful. Would highly recommend this as your stop off destination in Hanoi.

Stayed at The Church from the 3rd May until the 6th May. Lovely Hotel with staff who went out of their way to to make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. Amenities were great. The room was a bit small and had like 27 degrees until we finally went to the reception and they turned the AC on.

It is a great hotel with very helpful all the hotel staff and from the hotel you can walk everywhere because it is in the city center

I loved this hotel when I stayed here for a conference recently. Its just clean. We really enjoyed arriving back to the hotel each day and engaging in conversation with all the staff about where we had visited and what we had seen. Staff was very accommodating with requests and breakfast was just right.

Amazing staff, excellent breakfast, and the comfiest bed!

We checked in straight away & it was even more of a bonus when we found out we were on the rooftop (penthouse) Room. Its practically within walking distance to everywhere in hanoi tourist most visited places. We live in Beijing and have traveled around Asia quite a bit so were surprised at the rip off.

One ks is located in the old town. Very convenient for sightseeing around.800m from Hoan Kiem lake. 800m from the cathedral. Around a lot of delicious restaurants. Worth a stay to visit.

The hotel is clean, small, neatly designed. Full of basic amenities in the room from the shower to the dryer and kettle ....Staff is cute and enthusiastic, although I forgot to turn on the hot water the first day.But the soundproof is not good, the sound is leaked from the next room and the corridor.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, the staff is very enthusiastic to help guests from taking a taxi to the introduction of a play spot. Breakfast was delicious and full of food. You can book this hotel without problem. The reception, even in the middle of the night is perfect and done with a lot of kindness. The rooms are very clean and very well decorated. The breakfast is also up to par. After a very complicated experience last week in the same city, I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is really clean. We have been traveling in Vietnam for a month and this is the first time that we had such a clean room. The staff was very friendly 😊, the breakfast was super delicious 😋. Lovely again.

Here it was reserved, but the room seems empty was not in, I had to free upgrade to a series of hotel & spa walked about 2 minutes. It does not contain only up to the lobby, but the lobby was very clean and very helpful staffs. It had also a welcome drink.

I am staying at this hotel and the room structure is very large and the bed mattress is very good.In particular, the breakfast menu is so diverse that you can have a full breakfast every day as much as the hotel buffet.This is a boutique hotel with great staff and good value for money.Its only 5 minutes away from the night market.
