Worst service of onn bikes in Mysore ( jagmohan palace ) location bikes are not in good condition and heavy sounds in bike while riding and horn and brake not working less mileage damaged helmet they provide . Better go for other bike rentals and avoid onn bikes I posted pics too before booking pls read all reviews.

I booked my vehicle for 9 Am and the saff comes at 9:30 this is first delay, then when I reach to customer support team and they are like what can I do if there is delay or if you dont have the documents. So this is how a customer support team speaks to a customer. Its utter waste to go with these people. I cancelled my booked vehicle and they are deducting 80% of your paid money and only return 20% amount(not sure if I will get that money even) It was worst experience in Mysore for the first time. Never gone use ONN again.

Onn bikes mysuru, here we booked a bike for 1day....and ultimately decided to use public transport than this one. Worst experience and the two wheeler they have is in worst condition. i booked for Dio and they have lot of Terms and condition (like you should not go outside mysore, like for KRS, srirangapatna or Nanjangudu) if we cant go outside means what is the use of renting bike in mysore.the Dio seat was fully gone and breaks was not working, helmet which they give u not even to touch quality.really worst bikes and service.its also difficult to find that shop because you will not see any board in building but in the underground (parking place of building this ONN bikes office is there.when i try to call the number which i received as SMS but no one was picking the calls.

Worst experience with Onn Bikes. I have never faced such an horrible experience with any bike rentals so far. They have cancelled my order and charged me 100% cancellation charges. After that they charged 50% and refunded 50%. I hope they are running the business by grabbing cancellation charges from customers. If you have guts provide good quality bikes to customers and grow your business instead of looting money from customers.Bike condition is horrible. Worst experience ever.

Such a worst experience ever experienced. Booked 2 classic 350 and faced petrol consumption and break issue while traveling which are needs to taken care.

The condition of the rental was horrible and the staffs management and customer care was laughable. Would surely never recommend it to anyone.

Had to cancel 9 day trip because of a pathetic bike and refunded only 60%. I booked one bike and they provided another along with so called helmet (without face shield and lock). About bike, side lock wasnt working, ignition key works after 10 min of working on it, petrol leaking etc etc. I wasted talking to their customer care for 2 days (most senseless executives you will ever find and probably i might have talked to each of them in 2 days) and 3 rd day decided to end the trip. I will never book a bike from here again and request others to think before booking a bike because of their low prices. I will book from other bike rentals at higher prices rather wasting time and money with ONN BIKES.

I took Bajaj Avenger 220 cruise from Garuda mall hub, Bike is good and service also good.You may book bikes through App. It would be good if they deliver bikes little bit early, Scheduled time is 9 AM, but after initial verification process, we will get bike around 9:30 AM. This ONN location has been shifted from Garuda Mall to opposite to Jagamohan palace.

Can enjoy your ride without your own vehicles any where in Mysore , vehicles are good in condition at convenient charges.

Very poorly managed bikes. I recently rented a Royal Enfield for two days. Please find below observations.1. Bike sounds like diesel generators.2. Bike is not cleaned before delivery.3. Full of oil at engine.surface.4.Poooooooor Milege 25 km.5. Self start doesnt work at all.

The Worst rental service I ever seenThey give only Helmets and for the next they will charge you 100 as they know this is mandatory 2 helmets for two person is mandatory as per gov rule.They also collect your original driving license and ask you to take photos in case if traffic police ask you you can show photoAs well you have to submit bike by 7 Pm if not then you have to wait till next day morning 9 am you can submit the bike and pay the penalties as per term and condition.Also there is no way to submit bike after 7 pm you have to wait till next morning.And the worst costumer service I have ever seenOverall such a bad experience.

Only the website and mobile application UI is looking good(Dont judge the book by its cover). Had a very bad experience with Onn bikes. Booked 2 Royal Enfield on Feb, 2021 last week. Both the bikes are in very bad condition. No proper brakes, worst suspension, worst headlamps. To change gear we need to use hammer only else we need to be iron man. We booked this bike for a ride about 300km, the ride become night mare for us. The milage also very poor. It gives only 20kmpl mileage. The hemlmets they provide is really in bad condition and it smells sucks. Totally waste bike rentals.Pls go for royal brothers, eeze rentals or some other better bike rentals in mysore.

Warning: Please do not go to them for bikes.Firstly, none of the bikes are in condition.Brakes do not apply, gears do not work and bikes dont even start half the times.Secondly, the executives are rude and do not even respond to your calls when youre in need of their assistance.In our case, the customer care guy was rude enough to tell me to return the bikes at all costs, even after telling him the bike had broken down.Zero customer service and very poorly maintained bikes.Once again, please dont book bikes from here.

Terrible Experience.They are so good while we take a vehicle but they are the meanest when we return the bikes.None of the vehicles are in a good condition. The bike breakdown in mid way. I got it repaired but i had to pay additional fee to these guys as so called Late Fee.Because apparently they dont trust on videos and photo proofs of the vehicle Breakdown which i had.

It was a good offer with bikes for our first ride.But they were 15 mins late .Returning times may be manageable.uo

Take a original Driving licence to hire a bike

Had an awesome experience. The booking process was hassle-free. The guy Harish (Mysore) and the other employee were quite responsive and quick while handing us over the vehicle. I got an extra-helmet as well as per my request. The trip was smooth and the bike was mostly good (although it has some problems related to slow pick-up, we cant expect much from a self-drive vehicle). I would definitely consider going to Coorg again, and will definitely go with Onn Bikes! Cheers..!!! :)

Higher bikes was in worst condition,High cost, petrol excluded. While booking they havent mentioned. I had rented a bullet and it has so much vibration. It looked like a new one but not in condition though. Helmets were really bad. It was torn and stufff. The next day bike was not even moving cz of vibration I even told them and there was no response from them. Very bad.

Its been worst experience , no proper documentation No insurance , bike is in worst condition , when police stopped I have paid fine of 1000/- unit now they is no refund and they r not picking my calls . Please dont take bikes from Onn bikes in mysore.

Wish i could give zero for this service. we came to rent the bike, payment was done but they made us wait for an hour since the confirmation SMS was not sent to us, meanwhile we kept calling customer service which was disgusting as jt always says your call is important to us and automatically gets disconnected.when we came to return the bike, theres nobody here, we kept calling to the phone numbers and nobody picked up and we had to wait for an hour. please do not opt for this rentals if your time is valuable.

Bad experience with onn bikes

Never rent from this site. We had rented 2 bikes from Mysore, an avenger and a classic 350. The battery of avenger got drained right outside the city because of which we had to wait 4 hours for them to come and fix it. Later the same vehicle started to consume more fuel than usual which gave an average of only 15kmpl. Later on when we had stopped in a reserve forest the classic 350s key got cut, because of which we were unable to start it. It was 8:30 in the evening which made it difficult to get immediate help as we were in the middle of the reserve forest. The experience was horrifying as it was completely dark. Better look for any other rental services. Renting ONN bikes made an amazing destination like Waynad horrible. Rent at your own risk!

Poor customer service. Bad batteries, late bike delivery and broken helmets. Choose only if no other option is available. Even they dont confirm the return of bike. Luckily, I had the number of service guy and I called him to confirm the return. Choose wisely.

Totally unsatisfied by their Royal Enfield Classic 350.

There were two pulser bikes and that guy was insisting on taking the old one. The side panel of the bike came off. And Tyres of the bikes were totally gone. We almost slipped on highway because of tyres. Avoid if possible.
