Youre at the right place! After searching for a good salon in Mysore I ended up finalizing this one after reading couple of reviews online. The haircut was extremely good which was done by hairstylist Nagesh. He perfectly knows what suits best on you and recommends the same. The staffs were polite too. I highly recommend this one. I would like to also give a feedback on hygiene, probably it can be improved according to present situation.

There should be some sense to the owner to keep some standard prices and also should be open to receive suggestions from customers. No saloon in Mysore would charge you Rs300 for a haircut and Rs150 for beard trimming. Like seriously worst service and saloon I have ever visited. Even after paying such huge price you get a normal haircut which any other local saloon would provide. Trust me dont even visit once, youll be wasting your money to get probably the worst experience.

I started going to this Saloon from 2015, initially initially before their business picked up they were very humble and professional, as their business picked up they became arrogant and never honored the appointment. I stopped going to them from 2017. Now after 4 years I took an appointment for 9:00AM today, they havent changed a bit they called me at 8:45 and asked me to come at11 or tomorrow.Very Unprofessional attitude. As usual, do not waste your time as they do not value your time

Manjunath is an excellent hairstylist, a true artist really! He is kind, patient and eloquent (speaks English well). He takes the time to listen to your thoughts and ideas and then provides his input based on your hair type, rather than simply agreeing to the client or giving a haircut that doesnt complement your hair type.I was staying in Mysore for a month to learn yoga, randomly found this place on Google and decided to give it a shot. Manjunath was welcoming and didnt rush me and said Lets just do a consultation first and Ill do a haircut if we agree. I ended up loving the haircut, specially the undercut he did. And came back for another one before I left Mysore. Also two of my friends got a haircut from him based on my recommendation and had a positive feedback as well.

Even though u have appointments they dont consider you and the one who is so close to nagesh he will take first and then if he is free he will take the person who has appointment.Also if we call them for a appointment they give reasons like till next 5 days they are occupied.

After a disastrous experience at another salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair done here at scissors sound. It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is a master and also enjoys what he does!

I got a haircut done by showing a picture. Well, Mr.Nagesh did what he saw in picture. But I wasnt satisfied. When I asked him to alter it, (which most of the others wont do) he understood what I want and did accordingly! I am completely happy with the result. It looks perfect on me.Haircut was done by NageshHairwash and hair setting was done by swapna.Overall experience was really great.Haircut : 500/-Includes hairwash, hair cut and hair setting.Its better to take an appointment before the visit. Also mention if you wanna get a short haircut, he will suggest a better time for appointment where he can give more attention.

The first time I visited was for haircut and my hair was not in a good condition. So they suggested me to try hair spa and there was a remarkable difference in just one time. Since 2 years I have been regularly getting hair spa done hear. And Mr.Manjunath does the best haircut. I just sit and ask him to do whatever looks good and the results are always above my expectations.

After a lot of trial and error with other salons, I finally found one where the stylist understands how curly/wavy hair works. Mr Nagesh gave me the perfect cut after I explained what kind of style Im looking for. The best part is, he explains the pros and cons so well before the cut, so that you have no doubts. This step is always important to me. The stylists should have the patience to listen and explain your cut in detail. My hair has never felt more fluffy and bouncy.
