I have visited to reliance smart foot wear shop, when i entered a store no staffs are helped me to select my footwear, i have short of time, selected and given for billing, its took more than 25mnts... For a simple change also a person name called Mr.Prasad, very lazy and arrogant i felt hes not ready to touch footwears and behave like a superior.... Take care of these small changes of your service OR it will make big difference on future.

Staff r not responding properly

It gives only offer on top brands that is also 10% for branded shirts like us polo and Peter England but other than that it is worst. Its offers on food and grocery department is fully fake. Be aware of its manufacturing rates and expiry dates that also display the product even manufacturing date expires in one day. Fresh fruits and vegetables are not available there. Even big Bazar and More is 💯 % better than that. Please be aware of it.

The mall looked very big from outside and set big expectations in us, but were disappointed when we saw the quality of things inside. Also most of the space is consumed by reliance group. Lots of kids play areas there which was the only solace.Disappointed very much after going to this. This mall is located attached to Mysuru Bus Stop.

On 6th may I had a worst experience I visited with a 6 years daughter the security gaurd said kids not allowed I was caught with out any information from reliance about it in by any means she was forced to seat at the entrance on a chair for that my daughter obliged I finished my shopping and returned to find my daughter itching and found lot of mosquito bites on here .when informed the security gaurd about it and said to use a mosquito repellent he was very rude and said that is my problem I shouldnt have brought my daughter along .its not the kind of experience I ever had being a costumer from more than 10 years .not the standard s of reliance as I was experiencing where customer were given high preferences

Staff has been very harsh to customer including security services never expected this from such a huge company
