I purchased tiles and sanitary fittings for my home from this place. the staff and owners are very curteous and patient. among all the various outlets i visited, i had the best experience at darla. However small or big the purchase might be, the staff always ensure that you have the best experience. special mention about the owners anurag and ayush. They always ensure that you walk out with a smile.

Truth be said. The first time I walked into the store I told myself that I probably wouldnt be buying anything because most of it seemed to be expensive. The second time however was a surprise. Although I bought items worth just about 5k, the costumer service was really good.. a special mention to Mr.Dhanmal for his friendly behaviour and his excellant customer care. His consideration into giving a good discount too :)The third visit is the reason behind this review. Ive had been scouting for a specific brand of toilet seat covers with no luck. Thanks to the lockdown, it was out of stock in all shops. The same was true with Darla Ceramics too. But... looking at how desperately I needed them, Mr.Dhanmal arranged for it from a custumer who had already bought it and had a few to spare. I was simply astounded!Mr.Dhanmal.. thank you for your outstanding customer service. I hope your staff are able to emulate your dedication and your attitude of going the extra mile. Be very cautious when they send out the goods. Make sure you check every corner of the product. I had a cracked soft cover of a western toilet (which came along with the western toilet) and the crack was not noticed by us through oversight. Their attitude completely changed when i went for replacement. their staff needs to be trained more on how to talk to customers. I am never going to them again even if they are offering products for free. They give only 20% discount for cera products. There are stores outside which give more than 20% discount.

To be honest, i was impressed by the layout, design and the display. The real problem was with the attitude of the employees who are entrusted to show the customers the products they want.The employees have a very bad attitude and they did not show anything at all. We asked for tiles but all he had to say was you can come later once you are done with your building.. A customer will visit atleast 2-3 times before he zeroes in on his choice. But if you are not interested to show me the products with, i would never visit you again..The owner needs to tell these things to employees.. Please visit Karnataka Pipes or your own branch on Rajkumar road. The way they treat customers is just exceptional.. I would never visit the shop again because of the attitude.. Hope you take a note of this.Edit :The owner Ayush Darla took utmost care to correct the issues. I visited the shop again and was impressed by the improvements. I am very happy with the way he took the feedback from a customer.

I came to buy only sanitary ware but after seeing tiles stocks it is amazing, they have display competitive to all big cities. good live full board tiles display of over 1000 designs.

Worst attitude of Mr. Mehabub , he talks too much , he doesn’t know how to treat customers, if this is the attitude then i think darla should close this showroom . What do they think about customers, without us they are nothing , there is a photo saying customer should not be headache or something like that , see these people’s business attitude , how will this attitude work with customer are they are giving things free ? We are giving money not paper !! Not only this shop , in Mysore almost everybody is having this same attitude, i don’t know from where did they got this type of arrogant attitude, they feel that we are completely dependent on them , its truelu wrong , i have seen people getting things from bangalore, because of this silly , ignorant, careless attitude, there is a different Kannada word for that but I don’t want this to use it here . Don’t feel your doing business monopoly or something, if ur service and gratitude is good then only you can continue your business here , or else you will see the effects. Finally what i want to say is , be humble , thankful, treat everyone equally same no human is superior or inferior , i will come back again to see the change , if same continues then i will do what i can do . People who are reading this may also notice this attitude and comment on the same , feel free to mention your issues or else nothing can be changed in this world .
