This was the first time I was filling fuel at a Shell filling station. I was greeted with folded hands and they asked if I wanted normal petrol or V2Power petrol.I had asked for a full tank and the operator showed me zero before initiating the filling. Meanwhile, the operator cleaned my windshield which was a nice gesture. The pump gun clicked indicating the full tank. The operator asked if I needed topup to which I denied. I made the payment through credit card.But to my horror, the fuel indicator of my car showed only 75% tank full after turning On my car. I was very worried and called the operator and showed him that the fuel indicator isnt showing full tank. He politely informed me that the fuel indicator may some times take time to show actual fuel level. But I had never experienced this before and requested for the manager.The manager also explained the phenomenon and even showed me how their software is flawless and that there is no cheating involved. He also pointed out that if I drive for a few kilometers, the indicator will show correctly to which I reluctantly agreed.But to my relief, the indicator did show correctly that the tank is full only after driving for a couple of kilometers.I would like to appreciate the staff at the filling station for politely handling the situation.

After oil change the experience of car running is very soft moving...Total it was super...

Shell is famous for its quality and quantity assurance.... Friends here they ll charge few paise extra than normal rate but i think its worth giving extra and mainly shell power petrol/diesel awesome concept guys it is fully filtered and gives a smooth feeling for any vehicle..... First Shell outlet in Mysore. Good service. It has all facilities like Washroom, Card Payments, Free Air, Free Oil check up and you can buy engine oils there and it will be topped up free of cost. Free Windshield Cleaning for all cars on request.

The place to refill your vehicle with quality petrol. This petrol bunk is located at Hunsur main road and can been easily seen from the main road. They accept the payment through card and cash. You also get eatables and soft drinks here. You can enter the shell store to grab a drink or a snack if you are hungry. The staff are friendly. They also do the free engine oil change. The engine oil of shell is very good. It keeps your engine smooth. I would recommend people to use V-Power petrol which is a bit expensive from the ordinary petrol but it keeps the engine smooth and also adds mileage.

Now a days they are neglecting too much not even responding , we asked to clean the glass he just ignored and went

It has clean washrooms which one cannot find normally in all petrol bunks. Shell is known for accuracy, customer service and good fuel which has been kept up to the core.

I would STRONGLY advise you to be extra careful with your money here, as theyve once misplaced a 500 rupee note when Ive made payment by cash and also charged for tips when Ive paid by card, even when my card doesnt have surcharges. In such cases, none of the people at the pump are helpful, mostly they skit around the issues.However, the fuel quality is noticeably better than most other petrol bunks. Usually good service by the attendants: most of the time, they are polite and well mannered.

Unadulterated petrol & diesel with good staff. But some times they may get on your nerves buy trying to sell power fuels, car cleaning products, car fragrance and engine oil change. If you visit regularly then they will not ask you again & again.

A Reasonable service station with Reasonably Friendly Service open from 7 AM to 10 - 30 PM (approximately).Caution. If any one pays by credit/debit card, watch out that they charge TIPS.This you observe when you see the debit statement of your card.

Lost the charm and service quality they had when they opened. I remember the charming smile and traditional namaskar they used to do when they where new. Now just every thing has faded away, they are just another petrol pump.

Worst service, to change engine oil and coolent they have taken 3 hours. And charged 8936/- . They have said it will take 20 mins to change oil and coolent.

The place is opposite to TVS showroom and can be easily located. The service is very fabulous and they have a air filling kiosk as well.

Wow , These people have refined laws of physics & chemistry . They could accommodate 19.25 Lt of fuel in a petrol tank of 18 Lt on a Pulsar. Truly a miracle.

You get good quality of petrol here and no cheating with readings. You will find always rush here so assume that easily it will take 10-15 minutes.

The staff needs to be trained.I was not asked about what kind of fuel I need.The lady started filling V power diesel without even asking me.I had to Shell out about RS 7 per litre above normal diesel.

Being a regular customer for this bunk for last 5 years and was happy with everything. But since i found them cheating customers at the pump by filling Power petrol or diesel to those who are in hurry dnt see the bills properly.Even twice i had the same experience after informing them to fill with normal diesel they had filled with Power diesel which I didn’t notice, just paid and drive off the bunk.The very next time also same happened when i questioned the lady at the pump she ended up asking sorry.But last week on 11th may 2019 i was travelling to mangalore and went here for refilling.Even after informing her to full tank the normal diesel, she filled with Power.For 42.3 ltrs the bill was ₹3226/- which I didn’t check. Later when i checked the bill at next station to fill my tank again when the rate is less.I request all the customers to not believe in those idiots at the pump. Bcz of their earnings they will hit the customers pocket to do more business for Power diesel or petrol.Definitely am gonna blast them in future if it happens the same.

One of the Best quality of petrol available in mysore.But main draw back is the timings it opens at 6am but for night riders not suited. Only 2 petrol pumps are working 24 hours in mysore.Most of the super bike owners fill fuel here.staffs are friendly. You can buy water,snacks etc here.

The petrol is the best, Ive a GT TSI and I get got mileage in highways, a consistent 16 when driven at 100 - 120. Other petrol has ethanol mixed so I get around 14 on highways.

While I prefer to fuel up at Shell, the problem everyone faces is the time taken to complete a fill. The cars dont move till payment is made and the cars behind tend to pile up. And a long queue is always a put off. However, the Petrol quality makes the wait worth it

Never go for oil change, they r behaving as If v dnt hv any option. They r having fun while customer r waiting for the payment r Bill. Do not give more stars as they r not worth to having stars. I never seen such a pathetic service.

Its a shell petrol bunk.Its got a sore restrooms , free air and free oil change (oil you u need to pay)You get varieties of tetrapack(tropicana etc) juices, chocolates (sneakers etc)They have their own prepaid card which can be used for anything they sell. THey run promotions (eg win helmet) . Fuel is worth it. Please note the guy who fills air is probably always deaf( hearing impaired) so dont mind if he does not respond to you(he dint hear you). Sorry for bad English but hope I conveyed the review clearly.
