When i contacted makemytrip for my refund one employe send me a link makemytrip refund department and asked me to complete a verification form which asking about the card number valid date and cvv number. do makemytrip refund department ask this?

Neat and clean rooms worth for money

I called at about 10.00 am regarding inconvenient reschedule of Goair flight and I was told to call back only after 6.00 pm. I dealt with the issue directly with the airline Co.

There were 2 guys were there to assist they are very much polite and assist me but they unable to help me get the refund since I was dealing with the MakeMyTrip app.Overall quite happy 😊
