Had a very disappointing experience on visit to Somany tiles where the owner sweet talked and collected the house plan, structural drawing, etc., calling himself builder/interior designer (Probably to aid his freshly out of college son trying to enter construction business), then conveniently ignores messages/calls. He could have honestly asked for the plan instead of resorting to devious methods. Pathetic.

Great place not only for exclusive products, but also great advice. Pranav and his team were very cooperative in helping us select the right product. They personally got involved in the process, visited our home and adviced as per requirement. After sale service is also extraordinary. Products are value for money also.

Just approach owner MR. PRANAV if u people are serious in buying ...things becomes easier ...he involve himself in u r choice and selection...he shows interest and responsibility .Really makes a difference ....worth going for somany brand compared local 1000 unknown companies of Gujarath.

Great collection 👍.. no doubt about but the selected tiles should also be blocked by paying some amount as it might be vanished from other buyers. 4 stars because of the issue we faced and ended up selecting altogether a different tile from the one we had got quotation. I say so because I got the quote on Tuesday evening n on wednesday afternoon, there wasnt a stock. N its also shocking that we had 5-6 finalized tiles and all were out of stock or limited stock.

I bought tiles for my new house from here. Rakesh and Rashmi helped the confused me, make final selection with their valuable suggestion. The delivery was fool proof, and support was given through the laying process. Rakesh worked a good price for me, also a replaced a 4*4 tile with air crack at a reasonable price. I am a happy customer of Srinidhi Icon Square.Suggestion: There is a slight delay in fulfilling requests on time, that could be improved.I felt collection could be improved here. This is the case since they are exclusively dealing with SOMANY brand. In other showrooms, we could to find many brands under one roof.
