Attitude of owner Rahul is not good, if you treat your customers properly, you dont need to worry about whether they ll make purchase or not. Bad behaviour.

They manufacture n fixing the units in the committed time. The quality of workmanship is very good. Follow up for one year is also prompt.The fittings n fixtures of hittich has a guarentee of seven years. The fittings are highly sophisticated n sensitive which needs periodical minor adjustments. Guarentee of the fittings will not come into effect if we do this adjustment through some other carpenter. Hence, KONCEPT should make some arrangements for this.
