As a customer I am very disappointed with the way they dealt. I have approached them for a flat in an appartment, and we discussed things for 3days, and we have finalized the pricing and confirmed the flat.Next day when I approached them for the further formalities to pay token amount and block the flat, they said its already sold. I questioned them why I was not informed about this. they answered, why should we inform you, I got a customer and we have closed the deal thats it, Why should we care informing you. I felt very bad, as we have kept many hopes on that flat and everything was ruined. However there is no soft corner or empathy on customer. I would never suggest anyone with this kindoff of business operations.
