Good play area for kids. But buyers beware. There is a notice by KSFC right in front asking people to check with them before buying an apartment there. Also power supply is a major problem here. Apparently, the building doesnt have regular mains supply. Power goes out for weeks together. Joke is that - this building loses power only once a month. If power goes out this month, you will get it back next month!Also, this land was once part of Premier Studios, where many Kannada movies were shot. I am told, the land was originally leased by CITB for the establishment of a studio for promoting Kannada Cinema.Future buyers should double check the land records, building permit, Completion Report etc, before investing their hard-earned money here.

My friend has an apartment here.Great place with well maintained gardens and a systematic parking space.

Appartment is nice.. huge parking place.. but there is no washroom for visitors! Need to improve service.

Superb building of decently spaced apartments.

Well maintained apartment. But when I went there, elevator was not working for whole day. And theres confusion for the visitors coming there.
