They dont respond properly, with only one manpower they run all the show, he being manager, cleaner, service boy and some time electrician. For example I have been asking to resolve issues like to FIX THE COVE LIGHTING but yet it has not been fixed its been already one week. I have been asking for fresh linens for which one person named MUDDU is responsible but he always say he would give but never gives the linen, what much can one ask other than proper hospitality. There are many more issues to follow quality of kettle is not good, quality of wifi network not great and neatness of the laundry clothes.The owner being a young and ambitious guy and heed to all the guest request can able to listen to all our complaints and it doesnt feel good also to ask small small queries to owner which can be easily taken care by operational guys.But want to request one thing to owner in order to continue providing Service to Corporate customers by listening to their request and resolve all these small complaint fast.

Awesome experience. Manager and the staff are very supportive. I stayed in both single bedroom and studio appartment. Hot water issues sometimes arises. You will definitely get warm water instead. They are working on it and definitely will be solved.

Apartment is new, clean, well furnishedThe not so good:1. Wifi signal is bad, gets disconnected frequently2. Water from geyser is just warm not hot3. Kettle can be provided

We have been here for about 3 weeks now. This is a 1 BHK with a view of ESI quarters avenue and a mango tree. The mango tree attracts bulbuls, and fantails among other birds in the morning. Thats one of the pleasant things here.Sometimes its nice to look at people taking a walk or having lunch or otherwise being engaged in the ESI quarters avenue.Sometimes its nice to look at the traffic on KRS road. Sometimes its aggravating when there is too much dust and pollution.This place is near 3 hospitals. TB hospital, ESI hospital and Jayadeva heart hospital.Everyday we hear a dozen or more ambulance sirens screaming through the traffic to reach the heart hospital. This is unnerving. And it reminds me of the day and manner un which my father passed away.There is a terrace from which we could see Hornbills, Buzzards, Shikras, Brahminy Kites, Barbets, Parakeets, mynahs and other birds. Some days the full moon and setting sun are also good to watch.The difficulty is a lack of convenient sitting places and of course the lack of cleanliness. There are some old and badly maintained washing machines for common use on the terrace. People throw lint and used soap packets etc on the floor. A dustbin with a lid may help solve this issue.Delta house Varsha vacillates between uncleanliness and apparent cleanliness.We have procured a washing machine, vaccuum cleaner, scotch brite mop, long broom dust pan, mattress protector, bedsheet and pillow cases, new pillows, toilet brush, sponges, harpic, vim... and we clean the flat ourselves.At present we rely on Varsha to arrange bisleri drinking water and milk (at our cost) and to take the trash away. I also took their help to clean the fans and mirror.There is a division of labour between the male and female staff. And the same staff are assigned across all their other houses - trinity, novelty etc. While they may or may not do their own assigned work properly or at all, they are very clear on what is not their work.Their web-site indicates a very posh service, but they dont fully live up to all the claims. They dont have a hair dryer, the iron and ironing board are shared across all the apartments. The toaster didnt work and wasnt replaced. They do have clothes drying stands which they provided for us.There is just one lockable drawer and they will allow us to purchase a lockable cupboard if we commit to a longer stay.There is a small haier fridge, onida microwave oven and green chef gas stove. They gave a pigeon induction stove but we returned it and use our own, from Prestige. We have returned all their cushions and bed coverings (because they were stained). We are not allowed to return the dusty and slightly faded and damaged sofa set. We vacuum it once in two days. The mattress is duroflex.There is a nice Onida TV and airtel setup box with some SD channels presubscribed. They said we can request for extra channels and pay for them, but we havent done it yet.Their internet provider is bsnl and wifi works in the hall.They recieve our amazon packages for us and bring them up to our room.Our emotional experience of this place is mixed. The location is close to the market and its easier to procure veggies and milk than other places we have stayed at. There is noise, air and light pollution. We can see the sun, moon and a few planets but no stars. Birds are delightful, dirt is depressing and constant cleaning is tiring.We cant take much help from housekeeping staff because of the cross-contamination. Same sponge and cloth used for commode, sink, mirror and taps. All brought in the same bucket as the shared toilet brush. And dishwashing soap also brought in the same bucket.They say they will do as we say, but when we try to speak, they say .. dont tell us, we know, we know!In my view, this place could improve with more investment and less cost cutting. Also, with people owning up to the work instead of shirking. And with people taking an interest in the principle of cleanliness and hygiene as opposed to the appearance.

We were so glat that we selected this place for our stay in Mysore with best location,beautiful interior and clean flats. Stayed there with family for two days . My baby needed some home-cooked food and here they have fully furnished kitchen ,I loved it 😍 .

Its a new service apartment and is located in a quiet place. The staff are courteous and the manager is very friendly. The room service is very good. They have tie up with local restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic new property in Mysuru. Best for tourists who have their own cars are they have ample parking.
