Spacious rooms in flats. Rent is a bit high though. Worth a try when you have people to share the rent. Watchman and maid are really good and interactive.

Good apartment with above average rent, just beware of the owner, dont believe everything he says(like he wont take painting charges if you wont mess up the paint, he will definitely take painting charges but will never paint it), photograph everything provided in the house and WhatsApp him (because he will say everything was lifted from factory brand new) and verbal agreement doesnt mean anything to him so always use WhatsApp for formal communication like giving one months notice.

Good place. High rent. Cut one month rent on vacating.
