Recently we bought a Honda Amaze, the experience was great with the sales manager and employees they were very polite and respectful in clearing all the clarifications, from past 5 months we were trying to focus on other brands as well but finally with full satisfaction and patience Honda team made our mind strong with there good attitude, just to deliver my vehicle on Ganesha chaturthi, the sales manager and Other employee came to showroom , delivered with full happiness and congratulated us with full heart for their product purchase...Even the securities of the showroom were very respectful and congratulated us..Thank you.Inspire Honda,yes it does!!!

Very bad experience! I bought a second hand Tata zest car from inspire Honda showroom in february 2021. I havent got the documents/ car transferred to my name even till today(28th sep 2021). Its been 8 months already. Every time we call, we get some random updates from Mayur shah himself saying the documents are on the way or stuck somewhere! I dont really understand why would it take 8 months to transfer the car to my name! Most of the times we call, we get an answer that he will callback in 10 mins/an hour but never got one. Even if we call again I get the some reason as to he is in some meeting and will call back!! For gods sake, do the work and callback once! I had done the entire payment on the day I took the car home assuming the showroom would be professional and will do the due diligence of transferring the documents to my name. Man, I was completely wrong.. I do not recommend anybody to take second hand cars from Inspire Honda. Totally frustrated!

It is well know ,how customers are treated in India .no doubt Honda as a brand is no different. Despite acquiring new Honda City by my family . I am afraid , I cannot claim my family is a proud owner . Honda City is no different from others indian brands despite their all claims in ads

Great customer service, prompt and professional. Especially Mr Vinay from CAM department beginning from the service booking he used to followup and make me comfortable in all aspects. Inspire Honda, I visited this place for first time in december2020 to enquire on possible purchase of Amaze car.I had warm welcome, needed briefing, test drive cars which are in mint condition.More than NCAP rating, I was happy to see few cars which had met with accident but none were harmed beyond dashboard. Convincing engineering I felt, thanks to InspiraHonda, who threw light on that.I am happy withSales and accessories,insurance,reclaiming old NCB,financing,old car exchange value offered, servicingand their effort to see that needs are fulfilled ASAP.

In name of Honda Service center only oil and oil filter change. No necessary parts available in the service center. When ever needed any part always out of stock better to search another place for honda service. Never provides solution for the vehical problems.Always next time.

Located in outskirts of the city. You get a warm welcome by executive. They have both showroom and service center at same place. Mr. Karthik has good knowledge about cars. And gives demo in all kinds of road so that customer gets fair idea about drive experience and suspension of the car

Customer friendly and unlike other car showrooms . They dont over sell and give customers time to interact and understand the car. Place is far though, but vehicles are well displayed and test drive is done at convinient place where customer can drive with out disturbance ( new drivers can drive at ease).i would give a 5 star expect for the distance. Also this is the only car show room for honda, google can give other honda showroom on search but they are either two wheeler showrooms or service centers for bikes. Please make sure you search for inspire honda for cars.

People are good to handle the costomers, service wise felt okish, due to price range which they charge, for general services its really good one, for major that will definitely burn ur pocket in major services my personal opinion is its not an service center its replacement center where they will suggest u to replace the parts for all the issues.

Visit date : Jan 2021 for car service .This is a spacious honda service center and showroom just off Hunsur road in hotagalli. I was impressed with the greeting and quick time taken to check the car, explain the service details and return the car as I waited there in the simple lounge where service of car servicing can be viewed. .they were courteous enough to make us comfortable with tea / coffee and any updates on service .After having serviced car in Bangalore many times , I am left impressed with what they did to my car. The drive after the service was great and the costs within normal rates . Kudos to service advisor Syed for making customers comfortable and explain in detail the needs .

They dont deserve one star also. Very unprofessional and careless. I have placed order for a gear knob for my Automatic Accord car and they received the item. I also received a call from their Service Manager to visit the centre to get it fixed. I dont live in Mysore, I am staying in my farm which is 56 kms away from the service center. When I visited the centre, they claimed that the item received is misplaced. They have wasted my time.

Honda Exclusive and only showroom. Quicker Faster and Safer

The sales side is good. But service side is not upto mark. They charge for even pick up and drop. Many parts are not available immediately. The standard has to be improved giving due importance to customers as service after sales is very important.

Worst service centre Ive ever been to... The service executives doesnt know how to speak with their customers and are least bothered about customer satisfaction... They just want to Bill everything n get rid of vehicle... Unskilled service executives.. Take too long to deliver and improper finishing... If one extra work is asked to do, they ask us to get some other time n act as if they are busy.... The estimate if cost after they give doesnt match with the Invoice (higher/lower)... Very unsatisfied with thus Honda service centre.. I prefer to go with other local service stations rather ...

Post sales service is pathetic and not trustworthy. I would recommend staying away from this showroom. Never ever buy their insurance.

I went to enquire honda civic and asked for a test drive. The sales person told for premium cars we will contact and provide the car at your place. After finding it was out of my budget i dropped the plan and told him. But they were keen enough to call me again and were ready to provide the car for testdrive which was a nice gesture of handling.

New cars are not maintained well.. They are kept out for sun rain... They are dusty outside.. They keep it for 2months or more they give you wash and then they sell... After visiting to the showroom just go left u can see brand new cars... So dusty...

Most worst. Unprofessional....After service I saw my car....It almost like unwashed....And problems I told to attend they only say we attended but again same problems persists.......Better get it done at outside, many excellent car services available in Mysore........Unskilled service executives. & improper finishing.......

Worst unprofessional sevice,I had to examine the car after service,body wash not done properly, mileage problem.not fixed, suspension issue not fixed , I had to go there on day 2 of giving service , even after complaining they could not recrify the issue , please avoid this for service , give it in bangalore or any local servicd provider in mysore itself

Worst ever centre. The staff dont even have the courtesy to offer seat to discuss what the customer walked in for, despite a lot of staff roaming around.I was denied test drive for WRV and lost a potential customer in me.

The service is pathetic. It wouldnt be a bad idea buying the car from Bangalore since this is the only Honda dealer in Mysore. Sincere suggestion is to avoid them in any case.

Wanted to locate Honda showroom in Mysore but it was showing all options in Mumabi

My cars service is due this month. One executive from Inspire called me up some days back and fixed 24th Oct for the service. On 23rd, she called me and said that the driver will come and pick the car up from my office at 9:30 a.m. on the 24th. Now it is 10:30 a.m. The driver is yet to be seen.Update:No one came on 24.10.2017. When contacted, they told me that they did not know that they have to send any driver ! Then they promised to pick up the car on 25th.They picked it up at 09:30 a.m. and the service manager told me that it will be returned back by 06:00 p.m. And thanks to these guys, it was delivered by 08:45 p.m. The worst experience ever !Also they did not clean the car properly. There was dust on the exterior. They also could not remove some adhesive marks from the dashboard.Wonder how can I give zero stars in this rating system !

Worst Honda Service station I ever saw. They dont even provide invoice for the money we spend. I guess it has least experienced technicians. Every time I gave my Amaze idtech for regular maintenance my mileage drops. It usually gives 25 to 27 km/litre, but after coming from maintenance it drops to 18.5 km/litre. When I ask them they respond by teaching me about stupid mileage mechanism.

I thinkThis is my another home..because I got a new family here and I love this place

Hospitality is not gud as I expected

The service was average. They didnt fix a few issues reported but they had charged the amount for that. No option as it is the only service centre for Honda cars in Mysore. Please book a appointment for service of your car, else you have to wait for half an hour for the procedure to complete.

Good service. They were very meticulous and thorough with a complaint.

We have been unhappy with everything that’s to do with their services .We have bought two Honda amazes from them in last four years for the brand Honda and nothing else .They are unprofessional ,unethical and insensitive to your problems .1) It’s only until the sales were done they were curtious to us the very next day they showed us their true nature to a extent that the highest athority in the showroom was not only rude but abusive to us .2) While we left the car for servicing the so called home pick up driver (from Honda) rams the car to a public bus damaging the car extensively .The car was repaired by using our insurance and we ended up paying half the amount to the service station for the same .Sadly we thought of raising the issue into theConsumer court but failed to do so as we being a family of docters didn’t get the time or had the interest to quarrel over the issue with them as they were clearly shameless .3) Another time I left the car for a paid service and couple a days after I noticed the engine hazard light switched ON on the panel near the steering .I took it immediately to the station where they tried to downplay the episode saying I put wrong fuel (diesal into petrol engine ) . Since I knew that can’t be true I argued with them and they agreed tats not the case .The service center keeps the car for 3 days and on returning the car they say the light is off now but they are still not sure what is wrong with the car and to get the car if the problem arises again .How stupid can the engineers or technician be in center ?3) I also have had trivial bad experiences as other customers have mentioned in diffrent posts like reduced mileage everytime I send for service , the car not being washed on delivery , over charging , having sudden issues with the car after the service which never existed before or inability to get a date to leave the car for service like it happened since a month when I have been calling continuesly to get a appointment for a regular service .Sadly mysore has only one service center and with our work schedules it’s impossible to take the car to Bangalore or mangalore for the same.I personally will not recommend this dealer for your purchases or services .

Overall great experience. Key point to note is it will take minimum of 30-40 minutes to close any service formalities.

Their sales representatives belong to this typical group of people where they will keep calling and bugging you about the different offers once you register an interest in the car. But if you cancelled your plans of purchase and need to get in touch with them, they are least bothered to receive your calls or call you back!
