It is a very good government office area. I had gone there for my Driving license work.

One of the wrost government offices i have visited. Very poor work management and everything. Maximum staffs are lazy and thief towards their duty. Rangdaari and many similar things are common here , everyone should be aware of this.

This office is doing work properly. I have attended and found of work is the best.

Most bribal place in muzaffarpur I have ever visited, even a police officer takes bribe there. I went there for learners License test & they says your marks will be decided by us so if you want to pass the test you have to give a bribe of 1000 rupees otherwise you will be failed in test. I said I will complain about it to policeman then they simply says that the policeman is also a part of this. I was shocked when I heard that. Such a disgusting bribal place

Staff behaviour are not good there. Yes they tell you how to do which paper you have to submit but like our perception about government offices they have rude behaviour,yes my work had done when i was there and they will make you suffer if you dont give them sweet[you understand] or you work via mediator.

This place is like a hell . First of all there is drainage water all over the place . There is no place for people to sit comfortably.there is bad smell all over the place..

Here,Mts is not too good but the officers behaviour is too good.

As a govt.office the typical govt.nature of all staff, they will make you run from one counter to other and no one will available on their respective seats and any staff can demand bribe from you to get your work done.just horrible situation.

They are not signing on a RC transfer request letter since 3 months. If they sign, I will get my insurance amount since bike was lost. I also paid bribe but still no response.

I paid bribe for my driving license to Sanjay Kumar tiger but the money also looted by me and still got no response and my driving license is not issued after 6 months.

DTO office .here all papper work done here for your bike moterbike car ya bus truck .DL andhigh security number plate and Fitness papper and all permit papper .... Learning DL apply online now then come here for payment and u can get it after 1week latter pay 790 for learning DL.its vallid 6month but after 1month u can apply for final DL smart card payment 2250.

This is the place where you can get licensed for driving vehicle. Your age must be 18 to get licensed. To get licensed here are the following steps you need to do. You need your 10th or 12th certificate original copy and xerox, your Aadhar xerox you blood groupand the form to fill up which you will get at dto office. Collect all the certificate and take it to the room which is right to the gate of dto office. He will check it and then youbwill have to take token from the counter. After which you will enter the main building and go to extreme right where he will checkbthe form and then he will take your photo .
