Pathetic Service by SathiClap... I had made service request for repair of my LED TV vide booking number- ORD-201228-751. My TV was had few vertical lines appearing on the screen and the same was also informed to the technician who was assigned to attend the issue. But the technician who attended to resolve the TV seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional. The picture quality of the TV ever since the technician has attended to the issue has gotten worse and can no longer be used. Even after raising the issue with SathiClap nothing has been done by them to resolve the issue. The only thing SathiClap is good at is assuring people that the issue will be resolved. I am extremely disappointed at with the Customer service provided by SathiClap. People are requested to not get mislead with any paid review here and book for resolving the issue with SathiClap at their own risk.
