Ram Dayalu Singh College, Muzaffarpur is a co-educational Constituent Unit of B. R. A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur,The College is more than six decades old, and it was established in the year 1948. The College has well qualified members in every faculty , who have published reputed research articles in the Journals of repute. Many faculty members have been awarded Minor Research Projects, and a Major Research Project. A number of National Seminars held in Humanities and Social Sciences.More than 7,000 students are reading in the college, comprising OBC, SC, ST, PH, Minorities & General Categories. Results are praiseworthy because many of them have ranked in the University. The College awards each year a number of prizes to students for high achievement in academic & extra-curricular activities. Scholarships and other financial aid are given to deserving students on the basis of merit.The College has a rich library comprising more than 60,000 books. It is subscribing three current research journals in each faculty.The college has two big sports ground and a specious auditorium for outdoor and indoor games. Staff behavior is rud also not good for education in science but best for art stream & fish and fisheries. Here playground available for timepass, jogging and evening walk. In campus area one pond is available but not clean. College is near to muktinath mandir in ramdyalu and one homeopathic college near to RDS college. RDS College is affiliated by BRABU University muzaffarpur.

Is a very clean and coolest place

Well, colleges infrastructure is getting better...for studying purpose,I dont think its a good place to be. Too much students politics and very less studies, maybe that will also change in near future... Not regular classes, exams are pending 1-2 years for every course and year...and bad thing is its not getting fixed even now... So pretty low hopes

There are many committees and forums for different things like placements committee, Sports, corporate interaction, corporate communication, milestone and different forums to enhance your knowledge in different subjects in every aspect which help students to learn a lot even the people who participate enjoy them and learn a lot of things due to these committees and forums, we have each forum or committee for the specialized work assigned to them.

Need to make clean the pond in the college campus..as well as the sanitation of washrooms is also needed... otherwise is good..but education is also one of the areas where improvement is needed...

It is pertinent to mention that five Teachers of the college have been awarded Minor Research Project (MRP) in Economics, History and Mathematics. The college has big library which has 54452 books. This is one of the oldest and reputed college of Muzaffarpur, a district commonly termed as capital of North bihar, and it is affiliated under BRABU, Muz. It offers courses mainl in three streams viz Arts, Commerce and Science but along with that it also offers various vocational courses. There is branch of Central Bank of India inside the campus. There is a also a pond, a large playground open for public also and an auditorium.
