This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..guys be carefull and dont book room in this hotel .hotel staff will rob your things..cheap staffs.Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. ।

I had gone there for booking room for 24 hours but he says you can book room for only 3hours what the hell is that?

Third class hotel with dirty rooms and poor and uneducated staff . Odour smell comes from the room . Breakfast are included in the prices but they havent given it .Very very poor service and staff . I never prefer to go and also suggest to every one

It is frustrating to be here. No Charging point no water despite regular call,untidy bathroom even worse than Railway common washrooms. Tata skynot rcharged tv not working , no slippers no toilet kit. can you guess how much i paid 1756 rs for this room. I hv made myself pity by booking this hotel and roomStay away if you hv any civil sense. I guess a decent brothel looks better than this

I have gone there for a meeting. It is at Aghoria Bazar. It is near to Ramdayalu Railway Junction and Muzaffarpur Bus Stand. The hotel rooms are very luxurious and very clean with a very fragment smell. The service provides by the hotel staff are really good.

Very rude staff behavior they have denied check in and taken extra cash. They told me first we are not giving rooms to oyo. After talking to oyo assist they have allowed me to check in with extra cash. Never go to the hotel central park worst booking and check-in experience I had faced in my life. Never recommend this type of hotels to anyone.

Francis Behaviour Is Very Good And Polite

Very poor service, Hotel staff are so rude and mannerless.. You wont receive any response from reception in the morning till 10 AM. Rooms and toilets are dirty and bedding are used and dint get response when try to contact reception and asked to wait until clothes wont come from washerman.I booked this hotel using OYO app and very surprised when my booking is not showing on that after checking-in and asked me to pay in advance and in cash. I Tried to complain OYO but they said that you status is still pending and you are not checked in. Please dont go to this hotel..

Stay was good, all is good. Electricity issue, Wi-Fi was issue, and air conditioning was not working. No sofa, Fan was not working.
