I personally dont like the services provided by them . At first there is not having proper categorisation of products even they dont have any listings so that anyone can know where the products are. Secondly their staffs are not present at the billing counters as they have 8-9 counter still 2 are in operation. Even we need to call for staff to do our billing. At last I just want to say if you have lots of time to waste then only go for shopping there.

I dont know.. May be due to covid situation, stock was quite limited when I visited. Still it was quite pleasant watching Big Bazaar in my hometown.

Very spacious, with a large walkaway, with one shopping floor and one eating area, one floor with cinemas hall.Most brands operate in this mall. However, what you will find will be very very satisfying and enough.

For me the biggest problem during shopping time is parking and it has lovely parking space having good no. of supporting staff. So parking gets very smooth here. It has my favorite cinepolish which has screen of good quality a fast food center, a restaurant a lot of store and gaming and entertainment center and after all BB (Big Bazar). So always enjoy to visit here.

The showrooms are good as they have new arrivals & the bb was also good you can get all products at one destination .

Best for Grocery, home essential , snacks , clothes etc but Little just a little bit more maintainance is required other wise best.

Horrible customer service.There was an ongoing offer where they were giving a frying pan of 749 rs at 299 rs on minimum shopping of 4000 . I forgot my frying pan somehow at the billing counter or I could say that the person was so much in rush that he actually forgot.. Anyways.. I went next day with my bill and discussed it with the sales man and the guy says that I have to bring back all the items that I purchased from there,do a rebilling,pay 200 rs and then I will get the pan. So, they want me to pay 500 rs for a pan that they claim to be giving at 300 rs. What a marketing propaganda and poor management.Despite of no adequate staff availability, not following social distancing norms or wearing masks. This Big Bazaar gave you me N number of reasons to not go there again. Pathetic and disgusting.
