The Yoga classes with Dr. Ajay were very inspiring and empowering. I recommend Yoga to psychiatric patient , as well as to yoga lovers who would like to get a great introduction to yoga. Dr. Ajay is a passionate and knowledgeable Psychologist, always motivating to progress in their practice. The breathing exercises helped me focus on the present moment and feel energised.
