Which service centre asks you to come back after 5.30 p.m. for identifying issue only? And guess what it is locked by the time you go back at 5.30 p.m.. Bought a new laptop as can not miss a single day of my work. And it was a dell. No more lenovo with such service centres around. Pathetic response!!!!

Not even worth a single star, doesnt know how warranty works and the guy thinks he knows everything about laptops. Im a CSE engineer and this guys says me that theres no warranty if a defected product is sent by the company. Just an a-hole.

They destroyed my laptop. Guys dnt give them laptop. Mark my words. You will repent if you give them laptop. I wish I had some proof to sue them.

This place is doing completely fraud activity with the customers . They stole my original hard disk and replace with too old second hand hard disk. That place is of goons . Liar and great fraudulent activity.They also hammer tha data and stole it also. Never go to this place . Anyone this is true incident happend with me .The worst service centre in muzaffarpur.😠😠😠 .

Service Manager is very irritated person.After giving feedback I got a call of service manager and he said I am very fond of giving feedback, I will know what to do next Just disgusting! One is not good talk and giving feedback felt bad.. I should be irritated then I had to run service center within 3,4 months for laptop in 30k and service center person thinks that they have come to ask for loan...☹
