Poorest form of service. I have gone twice and both times poor service. They cannot even clean a car properly. Got my car washed and cleaned today. They just washed from outside and wet the interiors to show that it has been washed. Had to call the service advisor and get it cleaned outside the premises but still they did not clean it properly. My recommendation, AVOID BALAJI HYUNDAI for servicing.

Very bad customer service. The palce has become a typical govt office and you have to run from pillar to post. Its been 15 days since my suspension work is pending and they still have no idea if they have the spare parts with them or not. Totaly disappointing, frustrating and disgusting experience

Everyone knows that Hyundai makes good cars. But for this particular showroom my personal experience was not good. Sales department is not humble and there is feel of arrogance thats mean when we selling good numbers of car, why we do care about customer.

Car service is getting bit expensive. But overall smooth experience. If you are availing insurance from outside other than Balaji Hyundai, than it becomes a problem also if you are purchasing insurance from Balaji they charge you more. Online Insurance are cheaper comparitively.

Worst experience ever. No professionalism.when I went for the enquiry of the new Creta they said they would deliver it in a month and gave me the confirmed date on which I made the booking and paid the booking amount.By the end of one month as committed by them I enquired about the delivery as till the end they kept telling me I would get the as per the commitment.they said it will take another month as their is a lot of waiting.They again committed and made all sort of promises for delivery by 10th march. Then around 10th they still said it would take time. And asked me to send them complete payment. And said would get the car by 22nd marchThey told me the car price had increased by around 25000 so the quotation has changed .I need to make the full payment. So I did so and I asked them to send the final bill .And in the bill I saw they had booked a white colour Creta when I had booked a black colour one.when I blasted them for the same they said i had no option but to take the white one and I cannot cancel the booking.I had already waited for two and a half months for the car.frustrated.now I am stuck with the full payment and the colour I didn’t even opt for.and still they haven’t given me a certain delivery date.everyday they keep postponing it making some excuse or the other.

Fraud people...booked creta with 50k in Feb and they promised to give car in April...they didnt give ...til(3-8-2021) no booking amount has been returned..sales person blocked the calls...dont buy from them

Hi All,Please be aware while visiting here. There all guys are making fake promises to deliver car on time. They never deliver the car on respective date. I had done booking for creta ex Petrol 2020, it have been almost 2 month but didnt received any update regarding it. Also they asked me to pay the rest due amount, I paid but still they are not giving me the car.
