Not professional and bears v rude attitude towards their customer. If we call to enquire about our own laptop, the response is - am running out of time. Is this professionalism?Had to do several follow-ups before getting back my laptop as theyre mostly closed. And you dont shut the door on your customers face when you finally make it a point to return.

Dont ever go here, better avail company services. I wipl share ny experience,Actually i was out of warranty so decide to go here for repairing, and now he has ruined my whole laptop, he is not at all professional and does these things himself. I am suffering a lot, Instead of repairing he made the condition worst. Dont go here if you dont wanna regret.Please share this, this will help you a lot i am assuring.

Met a guy name, Anshuman, he asked to give 3 days and rs 500 for diagnose and took almost 12 days for the same and asked me to spend rs 6500 more to know whether there is another fault in my laptop which is already almost 8 years old, i asked him to return it and kept calling him for it but his shop remains close all the time and always talk to me in a very sarcastic way, when i went there to pick laptop, he behaved very badly, attaching photo of his shop which is closed as always, dont go there whatever situation is
