Neatly done, compact and convenient location, 70 meter from KSRTC bus stand, uninterrupted water supply ( well water and Muncipality supply) lift and private security staf, reasonable rent Rs 8000 onwards. Their furnished apartment is clean and adequately equipped. An ideal and economical place for short stays with family.

It was my home for a year. Excellent amenities and comforts for the rent charged. The best part is the location. My Trivandrum Muvattupuzha commutes were damn easy because the KSRTC Stand was just opposite the flat.Maintenance is also great. Had a great time here. Loads of love.
