Crowded place. Bytes are tasty. Combos are great. Clean environment. But its too hot inside the shop. Need to control the temperature. Smoke is also little high. Customer service also need to improve. $$$ in case of money.

Its located on the ground floor of the grand central mall. As per the government guidelines, inside dining is not permitted and due to that inside dining is unavailable (Im writing this review on the 22nd of July, 2021). So either you should order via Zomato/Swiggy or you should go there and buy. I went there and bought the eatables. The shop was not at all crowded but still, the order took 15-20 minutes. All the things were really tasty. The hot tacos were just superb.

There where no such rush due to the COVID pandemic situation. Dining, service and good food.

Staffs are not much customer friendly because they are acting like they are busy. I visited many times there, serving time is different. Today i spend 10-15 minutes for my menu.Food items are keeping a good standard.Chick king must give a proper training for staff.

For a fastfood restaurant chain, their main dish - the broasted chicken tasted a bit dull. Too much delay in getting order ready even when they have food ready at the counter is not so great for such a place. When trying to opt for something different (Grilled chicken) than the broasted chicken, the staff kept trying to discourage it. Avoid the garlic paste. It aint edible.The staff did follow covid protocols but they didnt have the sanitizer and journal for customers ready.

Great place its got good snacks like fries and chicken popcorn.Its got epic burgers.if you go there I recomend you try Super charger or some buckets.Its also a great family restaurant.If you have any questions do ask.An please follow share and like.

Very sorry to say that bad experience from this outlet. We reached there by 6.45 and they are about to close, so they are trying to discourage the purchase saying that cant sit and eat there, even if they are not asking exactly what we required.Lot of customers are waiting there but the Tables werr not clean. You can see the picsUn professional approach from the staff, not expecting from chickingTomato sauce is actually offering free of cost, but I couldnt found the same in my parcel.

The food served was good, as usual. But service can be improved. I give 3 ratings only because of an experience which was not pleasant. It was a medium rushed evening. Most popular of the tables were filled with plates to be cleared and no one attented it. Customers started to occupy those seats. I was to on such a table. I waited long for the table to be cleared. No one came. Finally I had to notify the store manager about it when my token was called. That means, I had to wait with my food near a non-cleared table while the cleaner came and cleared it.

Order a meal at 2 pm and i not staying nearby their delivery circle, they took all the details of delivery and conveyed that it will take an hour cause I am staying a bit far from the place. And its been two hours 3 minutes, no calls from anyone and i called customer care. They said they would check with it and let me know and atlast from the store they calls and informs that there are no enough staffs and they will deliver it in another 30 minutes. They are telling me this after i called them in 2 hours 30 minutes the order has been placed. Such poor experience with Chicking, themem on my first order with them. Disappointed and will not order again.
