I had a terrible experience here on giving an order for printing and designing a calendar for my nieces birthday. It was quite unfortunate that this press was not able to keep a record of my order or review it. They remembered my order only when I went to collect the designed and printed calendar the next day. On asking about the order they asked me to wait, and after about 1 hour they recognised that it was not done and asked the designer to make a design, under 5 mins a design was done and presented infront of me. The design was so irritating that it could have done by any 7 year old child. I asked the designer that can you do better. He said to me that its late and the press will be closed in under 10mins. I didnt yell or shout at them neither told anything bad. I just told them that I want to cancel my order. I guess it was a bad day for me anyway it followed me through the next day as I was not able give my niece the present I wanted to give her.
