Dear all, this is my humble request that please dont refer this hospital. I havent seen such an irresponsible administration.Their attitude is like if we want we need to wait till the doctor is available,whether it is a day or a week. They dont have any concern towards patients and especially in this pandemic situation its like a concentration camp, ie, no security even youve booked earlier.

I am writing this comment to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that I received from Sabine hospital. Hospital is good at treatments. Attitude and caring of Doctors are very much good.But the Nurses (not all) are extremely annoying. If we ask them anything, they just get angery towards patients. On the discharge day Doctor recommended to do all the necessary formalities before 3oclock. But staffs were very irresponsible and we got discharged at 10oclock night. I wont recommend any one to this hospital..Irresponsible attitude towards patients by Nurse/Staff.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Under his guidance we followed the medicenes prescribed and there was instant result. Come here only if you can tolerate being treated as Dog. I felt sad for people waiting doctor even during the night hours. When other hospitals give extra care to patients convenience these people torture their patients to hell. There may be result, but this is not the right way to do it.

Actually I went with one of my friend for Laparoscopic scanning in Devi scanning center. The way of dealing and approach to the patient were commendable. Especially Mr.Nizar he explained the scanning timing and appointments and procedures and every thing. Thanks to Sabine hospital and Devi scanning center.

Good hospital and doctors are very efficient and sincere. the very fair fee they are charging without compromising the quality of the medicines. the hospital is very rush all the time, To get free parking, come early to the hospital otherwise, you wont. You will get pay n parking just in front of the exit gate of Sabine Hospital.100 rupees advance and 30 rupees for the first 2 hours after that 10 rupees currently charging like that future may change.

Its been years having good relation with Sabine Hospital,excellent Doctors and staff.Very much thanks for the efforts and hardworking from your side.But infact i must say please remap your parking facilities,people are suffer to see no parking board,its very much disgusting,we often park the cars besides the public toads. Please consider your customers please provide ambient parking space,so i am giving you only two star .Please accept this.

You need to have extra will power to see the docotr. It will take long hours(min 12 hours) to see the doctor.You need to wait hell like anything without knowing when the doctor will come.Very poor hospital management.

Very bad experience. Treatment is good. But hospital administration is very poor. Patients must need patience... spend 5hours for scanning(after previous booking), 3 hours for visiting doctor and finally minimum 3or 4 hours in pharmacy....

I heard many good things about this hospital from others. I am also glad that the doctors here have many success. However, I am quite disappointed in the way this facility manage their patient’s wait time. Seriously, have a logbook displayed on the tv in the waiting lobby that shows each patient’s wait time and number. Secondly, I think Kerala has come to a point in which we are technologically advantaged enough to have get SMS/ Whatsapp text when our Q is up. This is a very simple step. We just went to get our RTPCR test... We already had symptoms and the hospital management was so poor that the people who are negative would get covid from test center.. And in this modern technologically advance world you have to go back to the test center to get the results... Such a pathetic service I have never seen in my life🤬🤬😡😡😡

Good attitude of doctors and nurses but the hospital administration is very poor, especially the pharmacy it takes too much time and we have to wait hours to collect medicines and all.scanning section also needs proper management.

This is One of the hospitals which takes long time to consult a doctor even if you have a prior booking.Your one day time is not enough to consult a doctor here.Doctors are too much irresponsible and too much greedy for cash. They are least bothering about the patients and number of bookings on the day. Doctors will leave the hospital when they need even if the patients are waiting for consulting .If you have prior booking or appointment will not assure your consultation in the same day or next two days.They are not at all justifying towards the medical ethics. I dont know how they are managing their OP patients. If you have reputed hospitals nearer to your home. please go there.I will not suggest this hospital for anybody. By the Almightys wish and your luck will help here.

We have a wonderful experience in sabine hospital . In Sabine we felt a family atmosphere and and all staff are very co-operative . IVF treatment cost is lower than other hospitals in Kochi. All the treatment is done by the supervision of Dr Sabine Sivadasan..Now we blessed with a baby...A complete IVF and Baby care hospital..Thank you Dr Sabine and team...

There is no COVID protocol followed here. Every time there is so much rush and people have to waite long hours to see doctor. There is no proper appointment system. Timing mentioned during booking is not honoured.

Best and affordable infertility treatment center in Kerala. Even though its difficult to wait for your turn to consult with Dr. Sabine, the result of the treatment, whichever is suggested, is so far a definit positive. Be it my experience or of others. It seems there is a daily rush of around 50 new patients getting registered in the hospital for infertility treatment and the crowd management of the new patients and the old ones are on the weaker side. Which makes people wait for long hours and may be days. But the hours spent waiting will never go up in the air. Godspeed..!!

It is hospital for infertility, and it is very crowded hospital, if you have any busy please do not go rothis hospital, the doctor make you wait for 3 -5 hrs minimum and the pharmacy is like that it took 1 and half hour to buy 3 medicine . There is no punctuality in out patient dept, ive takn two days for consultation, very much business minded hospital, when u meet any doctor in sabine hospital @first time initial they access your income n how much u can spend, ive seen patients in gynaec dept have failed 6 times in iui, however successful rate when comparing other hospitals have more chances to get + results, one iui costs about 6-7k including hormone injection and procedure cost, further other clinics cost as well as results are much grt, only few dedicated nurses and 1or 2 experienced doctors available rest are just for managing opd crowd, one plus point is medicines are dispending in discount rate that also may be second quality company, after 9months of treatment in sabine i discontinued after a year I met a gynecologist in kochi she doesnt have any decorations like laparoscopic,research embryology, etc she is classified spl in gynaecology only we got + result after 2nd review and these are corrected by lifestyle modifications and dietary changes whereas dr sabine and her team advised heavy dose vitamin supplement and hormone injection which costs approx 14k for one month course, thank god ive escaped from a giant hospital business lobbies

Rating Down only due to the time taken for a new registrant.There were only 2 new registrants details with the staff and it has taken an hour for her to get the details updated in system.When questioned for the reason of delay, the staff has replied that there is a huge number of registration is pending.It was a clear irresponsibility from the staff and when I received the card after an hour the address in it where also misspelled.Staffs can never be so irresponsible which lead me to visit the hospital next day.If you have too much time to spent for a new registration then its okay.(Rated based on the time taken for a new registration, waiting time to see the doctor is not at all a problem for a patient as its normal everywhere)

Treatment is Good, but everything else is PATHETIC, the staff and authorities doesnt have a clue about how to manage the patients, queue stystem etc.they will eat your time and make you suffocate untill you meet your doctor.

Poor time management. We booked scanning @ 12 pm and they told us to waiting. After a very long waiting they called for scanning. (More than 4 hours).

Came to visit the hospital and took the appoinment at 8:30 am, still now (12:20 pm) i cannot see the doctor..Time management is very poor in this hospital.. suggest to consult other hospital for normal routine check ups and all..

Time management is horrible . Only come to this hospital if you have enough time to spare . Even during this time when coronavirus is spreading . There isnt any measure to manage the crowd . There isnt anything called social distancing here . I feel the treatment isnt expensive here .This is not a place where you can comfortably come and meet the doctor and tell your problems even of you have a prior appointment . Prior appointment means nothing here . There is no guarantee whether you can meet the doctor the same or even the next day .

Very good treatment but should consider the patient time. Unnecessarily wasting time due to lack of efficient administration staffs. Time management is very poor. Today also I am waiting from 2pm for visiting doctor, only 6 patients were there now 6.00 pm and not able to visit doctor yet.

Really pathetic, in this corona time, they are not controlling the visiters.. people are really wandering here and there all the time....one patient has 15 visiters yesterday at a single time... Security guards just asking where you going and people tell them they go for the op, with this trick people who visiting all the time... please this is the time of a pandemic...tell the security guards to stand in front the lift area, then they can easily monitor the real visitors....and control the unwanted visitors....

Very Good Hospital . Very good result, Very genuine pricing. Will not suck your blood unnecessarily . If you are planning to visit the hospital , be mentally prepared for the long Queue. You have to wait very long time to see the doctor. Sabine doctor is very good doctor....

Please come 1.30 hr after your appointment time.Then you can see doctor after half an hour.Other wise it will spoil your time amd day.Crowded hospital with limited facilities.

Excellent place but the wait time is a killer!

Taking so much of time even for a scanning. They have asked us to come at 2 in the noon . Time is almost 7 in the evening and still not done. Managing with one doctor..(27 /06/2021 )People should boycott this type of hospital... they dont value the life of others. People r coming from far and they need to go back too. People may get covid also from here. Useless management...
