Access to the place is difficult, narrow road. Only small cars can easily reach, or autorickshaw. No easily visible name boards.

This LG service center is full of talented service providers,well behaved ,courteous and very helpful young group of boys.I felt proud to be helped by them in detecting the problem with our television and solving it as soon as possible.

They came to repair my double door fridge. The technician who came to attend could not find exactly what the issue was. He started playing with saying different items are faulty and needs to be replaced. He said he will come in 2-3 hrs but never came back. Waited the next day also still did not pick the phone nor he came back . So had to cancel the repair request by calling LG customer care and had fixed it calling a local technician in just 1 hour.

Needs a AC remote, got it staff ws good place is a service center office in a house easily can be missed as located with in a residential building and colony

LG service of thiruvalla is very poor.Inspite of paying Rs.2650 , still problem of our refrigerator is not solved by your technicians since 2 months and no response to our phone calls from your service personnels.
