I Visited this Place I guess 5th time in last 24 months.Now its like my visit to Mussoorie is incomplete without visiting here.Food is delicious and service is good.Restaurant is not that specious thats because people always are in waiting area to get the table.Singers are the best in the town I guess.Good vibes.Dehradun valley view at night is amazing from Balcony.When I visited here second time that was my wifes birthday and when they got to know that, they ordered a cake for us.Must visit.

Food was bad. Guess the kitchen hygiene and the stock is not maintained properly. Ordered Falafel which seem frozen and microwaved. It was dry and solid like rock. Drinks were better than their food an a lesser disappointment

Glen restaurant has live music available, but it gets really crowded. The bouncer may say stags not allowed, but its not true when you go inside. Food is good but not something extraordinary.

This place wasnt in my plan but however I ended up going to it looking at the ambience and seating arrangements. I mean if you honestly consider who wouldnt wanna go here for a couple of drinks and food after a good walk on the road that too on a good sunny afternoon with a view of dehradun to look at! However, things are not always as they seem, heres how it went for me.I enter the place and notice about 4-5 men standing at the reception totally unbothered and unwelcoming, I take it casually. Then after taking a look at the ambience I decided to sit on a table close to the door that went to the balcony. Well it was not the best choice I made because guess what? The washroom was located right next to it and whats worse? the strong whiff that came with the blowing wind. I almost threw up. :)Then, I decided to complain but by then the door was closed and the smell had gone. So, I instantly took to ordering food since I was hungry in my head and after a good 25 mins of waiting came my food. However, it wasnt just food that was served to me but dusty plates and cutlery along with it which I ended up wiping with the tissue. Now comes the food,1. Dahi Kebab: Decently prepared, the quality too was impressive. Soft, creamy and the right anount of spices with a good coat of crunch. Ill give it a good 3.5 on 5 including the presentation.2. Bbq Chicken Wings: In all honestly, Ill give it a 3 on 5. Ill admit that the sauce was finger licking good and even the quantity was fair enough. However the drawback was that the chicken stank to me. Now this is highly something that only I experienced. You know how chicken just smells, especially old frozen-thawed chicken. On the other hand, it wasnt the case with the person I went. The other person found it decent.3. Drinks: Cosmopolitan & Mojito CocktailNot the best cocktails, Id rather take a coke next time if I end up going there. I ended up paying price for something that wasnt even decent enough to be called a cocktail. It more or less tasted like a mocktail with little or no alcohol. Highly sweetened too!What next? I decided to call for the cheque and run away!But yes, if I have to list some positives for the place theyd be:1. The ambience: the ambience is more or less like a restro-pub with a space for live band to perform which is very rare in mussorie. Im assuming that hopefully this place looks better in the night with music and people.2. The range of menu is also something you dont easily find at a local cafe/restaurant in the hills.3. The location too honestly, this cafe is located right opposite to Chick-chocolate so lets say right in the centre! It definately wont take you long to spot it.Tandoorichic Highly Recommends: Staff Training and hygiene.

Landed on this place while walking in the street cause someone was playing really beautiful music inside.The vibe of the place is beautiful and the food is delicious. Everything served in a timely manner and the staff was really polite and professional.The USP of this place I would say is definitely the live music. I stayed for longer than expected to just cause of the soothing music and I will in all probability revisit this place for all the days m in Mussoorie! 💙

The food here is amazing, everything we ordered was just too good. This place’s food is so good that it can give competition to any restaurant in Delhi. We ordered Pasta, Red Thai curry, Chicken steak and Pan fried chicken noodles, All of the dishes were just amazing. Beautiful ambience, and they also have live music. Its a must try when you are in Mussoorie.

This was probably my 4-5th time visiting this place. Every time I come to Mussoorie, I make sure to visit this place!!Well what literally brings me here is mainly the live music, the food is average!Also the view from the balcony is just amazing!Well the reason for me to go is just LIVE MUSIC and they play amazing 90’s songs well actually mix but it’s just so amazing!You could probably just sip on some wine and enjoy the music w the view ❤️The only thing I did enjoy in food items was Paneer chilli dry.We ordered pizza but I couldn’t even have one slice.Also on weekends you’ll see massive crowd which is fun

A very cool place for northern indian food lovers. After walking all the way on long road i found it and it was quite good experience here. They were having live music and it was nice. I ordered dal tadka,mix veg ,jeera rice,mojito and butter roti. Food was very good. Quick service and great timings.

Just WOW WOW WOW.Haven’t seen such a cafe or a restaurant in almost all hill stations I have been with such lovely music, lovely crowd, exquisite food & the owners taking personal efforts to make their guests seated and comfortable.Guess Mohit Mittal has a great passion towards running this place which makes it so warm and best.Would highly recommend anybody visiting Mussoorie to ensure that this place is visited once during dinner time with your friends, loved ones or even family to shake a leg or two while enjoying the brilliant food they serve.

Really enjoyed the dining experience here. They had a live band playing a mix of Hindi and English songs which created a really lively ambiance. Their Alio Olio was very well made, compared to many other restaurants in the town. However, there was a bit of a stench from the garbage at the table overlooking the valley, so we had to move inside. Alcohol is served here which made the evening dining experience even better.

We were denied a table and asked to sit at the bar though we were underage. When we said no the staff was very hostile and no covid protocols were being followed. The manager has no sense of hospitality. Worst place I visited during my trip.........

The ambiance is great, the food is also decent. Dont try to taste soup, it want not good at all in tatse. Presentation of the gourmets are awesome. But the worst thing is the waiters and bartenders treat you as if you went their it have food for free. They are not at all cortious, and they tend to end up in an argument pretty often. By the time we were there the waiter ended up having argument with two different customers and had a bit of heated conversation over our table as well. Upon asking to call the manager, we were told that there is no manager incharge and all the things are handled by them only. I did not hot a chance to experience live music as it is available only in the evening time.

We were at Mussorie and we happened to visit this bar. It is a quaint little cafe in this busy hill town. We were also looking for a space that serves alcohol. So we went ahead and booked the space for four of us. While entering we heard faint live music coming from the bar. But yes to be honest for a bar this size, the music was too loud. We requested the staff to decrease the volume. Yes they did decrease. But we also saw people dancing to the tunes of the music.Coming to the alcohol: do not order the Pink Lady. Go for the LIITs , they are good. Even Mojitos are pretty decent.Staff : very courteous, and they also adjusted our bill because the Pink Lady we ordered was not upto the mark.Food: yummy, fresh and the chef knew what they were making. As someone who loves to cook and eat, I loved the food.I would love to visit the bar again. There is only one request to the management is to not play such loud live music or to give a break of an hour in the middle.

Visited this place during christmas time and was shocked to know that to enter the cafe , the minimum bill should be 5k including drinks(and that too complulsary) even if you dont drink. The manager was adamant to not change the condition. So basically if you want to go to glen, you should consume alcohol otherwise they wont let you in!

The Glen is new to the scene, and we were impressed overall. We hope this restaurant succeeds; both in food and hospitality. Two elements of our date experience topped the list: the view of the valley and the quality of the food. Its a good place for couples and family. We will definitely be going back.

We tried the Glen for the first time and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was very good. The resto bar looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal, good cocktails, and great value we will certainly be going back.Good to see chilled beer being served on hills 👍

Google about the best pubs and restaurants in Mussoorie with live band.The Glen is on the Mall Road but it’s closer from the Landour side.I must say the icing over the cake of our Mussoorie trip was to visit The Glen.We came here on Sunday night and did not expect what we got.We reached at 8pm and stayed till it closed.The ambience the look the decor of the place is simply amazing and beautiful.When you go inside it is quite huge with a large seating capacity with a balcony where people can go for smoking as smoking is not allowed inside the restaurant.The food is yummy and whatever you order you are gonna cherish every bite of it.The drinks are not expensive and comparable with others.And then comes the best part about the Glen, the live music, the live band, the singers and the way they keep you on your toes.From the songs which will cherish your friendship and make you remember your old days to you singing and dancing to the new Numbers you have it all.The way they play guitar you are simply left in happiness that you arrived here.They have a little dance floor so stop worrying and dance your night away.Don’t read and waste your time just head to the Glen for the best time in Mussoorie.

The restaurant is located right on Mall Road, you can’t miss it and you shouldn’t! What I loved about this place was that the ambience beautifully takes you away from all the hustle bustle outside to a quaint evening and a breathtaking view overlooking Dehradun, a blanket of fairy-lights if you will. You can easily spend hours with a glass of wine and staring out the beautiful arch windows here. But wait till the live performance in this place gets you on your feet and up grooving! As for the food, I wish I could list all the dishes we ordered over our numerous visit to this place and recommend you try them all. But here’s the thing, order anything off the menu and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. It really is that good! Massive shoutout to this place! You won’t leave the restaurant without wanting to come back again.
