I started gym one year back. My weight was 97 kg in starting. I loose 12 kg in 4 months. I have taken personal training from Atir Khan(Trainer). He is best and experienced trainer. I have taken protein supplement (nitrotech, dymatize, 1up) from Gym. These products were genuine and good.
